  BKai…where do I start from, she’s so super amazing, caring, wonderful, loving, understanding, terrific, etc…I can go on and on. She’s one of the best property manager, if not the best. She will go out of her way, even when she has a lot knowing going on or whatever she is going through, she will drop it to help us out, she treats every problem/concerns as her own, and above all, she’s always willing to help out no matter the state of your problems. And finally she makes it her priority that the apartment complex is put together, cleaned up, and secured. Edward and Juan… I know Juan just joined us but we already love him and we don’t want him or Edward to leave us, those two are simply the best at what they do, which is property maintenance. When you call Edward or Juan best believe they are both running to make sure that everybody in this apartment and the other properties are well taken care off, whether it’s your AC unit, your fridge, microwave, just name it any kind of maintenance they are always on top of it and it will be fixed or they will make sure they get you a new one, they both see themselves as a resident, and that’s why they both know where we the tenants are coming from. 5 Star absolutely. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and a home for us. I’m So excited to be a part of Tuscany Walk Apartment.

  I’ve been living here for just over 2 years and just extended for some more time at this complex. It has been an absolute pleasure to live here. Staff is incredibly helpful with any issues that I’ve ever had. From office staff to maintenance, everyone is very willing to help however they can. One of the only complexes I’ve live at that legitimately feels like a community. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking to lease!

  Ive had a wonderful experience working with the property manager, Bkai. She's always been helpful, professional, and responsive. The community is clean, well-kept,creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  I cannot say enough good things about Tuscany Walk Apartments, largely thanks to the phenomenal Property Manager, Bkai Amie. From day one, Bkai has redefined what excellent customer service looks like. She is professional, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, she has handled it swiftly and always with a warm, welcoming attitude. It is rare to find a property manager who goes above and beyond like she does. If you are looking for a great place to live in Houston with management that actually delivers elite service, look no further. Thank you, Bkai, for everything you do!
