  Today I toured the apartments and Megan was my tour guide. She made the entire experience amazing, she was full of energy, incredibly sweet, and very transparent when it came to pricing and details. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend touring with her!

  I moved from Ireland to Houston and had limited choice with my apartment search. I found out about tower 5040 and sent my application in. It was a non traditional application but they accommodated me with it fully. The apartment rooms were clean and cozy, I felt really at home after coming back here after a long day of school. The other kids there are (mostly - except special UH event nights lol) well mannered and friendly. The new manager Helen is also a very kind woman with a big heart. I had a situation at the apartment block a while ago and she stepped in and handled the resolution fully herself. She really made it her priority to make me feel comfortable and at home. I couldn’t reccomend tower 5040 enough :)

  I'm having a bad experience with this management. My son who was enrolled felt sick and had to move out within 4 months of his lease period. So, they asked for Doctor's certificate which we produced. But no response from them inspite multiple follow-ups. They are not helping/promoting his unit for sublet options as well. All our efforts, money have gone waste. we have to face the hastle on top of the health issues. Any new comers - Pls understand that there is no lease breakage and management is very poor in handling emergency scenarios.
