  This is the top location on my list after touring all of them. I’m sure they remember the car I drive as much as I come up here to tour and follow up to review their 2 bedroom. Hoping I can find a roommate for this semester! Thank you Helen and Maddie for helping me!

  I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Tower 5040 and have always found them to be professional, responsive, and easy to partner with. The property is well maintained, and the team clearly takes pride in what they do.

  This is by far the best on campus housing option available. It’s in a safe area, and has nice amenities. But overall I think the apartment itself is what sets it above other accommodations. The rooms/ bathrooms are comfortable and the kitchen and living areas are spacious and new. It doesn’t have that “old dingy” feel many apartments have.

  Went on a tour here for my sisters last year at UH and man was I blown away. The facilities were spotless and impressive for the price range, I feel super safe having my baby sister live here opposed to other options near campus…..but the very best part was our tour guide and leasing agent MADDIE not only was the wildly thorough and personable but she made this experience so fun and unlike any other apartment tour I’ve been on (which is a ton!) truly elevated our sister date day, and sealed the deal!

  i hate to even speak negatively of this apartment because i was so excited to move here. first the main elevator has not been working for over a month now. we are paying all this money and can’t have simple amenities. some people’s key cards don’t work for the pool, the screen doesn’t work and when we moved in, we couldn’t use the pool for God knows how long. the apartment is honestly overpriced like the amount i’m paying for a 4 bedroom is insane and it’s going up in august, isn’t this supposed to be student housing? the parking situation is terrible, want to have friends over for the weekend? well good luck because you can only register their car for a day and can’t do it again until 7 days pass therefore you might have to result asking around and going door to door to see if someone will register it. i’m over it honestly and can’t wait to leave.
