Have been living here for almost a year and we are very happy with the stay. The leasing agent Lynda has been very helpful. She addresses our concerns patiently and with care. Besides, the maintenance team responds very fast and does a great job.
I recently had to move out of state, but I truly can’t say enough good things about this apartment. It’s honestly the best place I’ve lived in Houston. The area is great, I always felt comfortable, and the apartment itself was well-maintained. I never had any issues during my time there.
Anytime something did come up, the leasing team was always kind, responsive, and accommodating, which made a huge difference. They were also very helpful throughout my relet process and made everything as smooth as possible.
If I hadn’t had to relocate, I would have happily stayed. Highly recommend!
I had a positive experience visiting the Voss Apartments. Lynda was very professional and courteous in showing possibilities and discussing apartment options.
I honestly would not recommend this apartment complex. The water gets shut off very often, and the most frustrating part is that there’s little to no communication about it. They don’t send proper emails or notices explaining why the water is being cut off or how long it will last. Sometimes the water is shut off in the middle of the night with no warning, which is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.
On top of that, there are two elevators in the building and one of them has been out of service for almost six months. That leaves everyone depending on just one elevator, which causes long waits and makes it very difficult, especially for families, elderly residents, or anyone carrying groceries.
Overall, the lack of communication and slow maintenance response has been very disappointing. Management seriously needs to improve how they handle basic services and repairs.
