  I visited voss apartment and found a good place to live. I found office staff very professional answered every question and listen all my queries. Highly recommended

  The location of this building is unbeatable and the apartments are spacious, The amenities here are fantastic and well-maintained. I especially love the 24/7 fitness center and the community courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet, very walkable, and feels incredibly safe. It truly feels like a neighborhood rather than just an apartment building. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, Parus handles it within 24 hours. The entire office staff is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents."

  Terrible! Noisy neighbors, dirty corridors, half the washing machines don't work, green pool and terribly expensive!

  We’ve lived at The Voss Apartments for about 8 years and have had a great experience. We haven’t had any major issues during our time here. The community has been a comfortable place to live, and the staff has always been helpful when needed. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others.
