- BRBrodrick Rouzan1 day ago1.0RATS!! PLEASE BE AWARE! This community is infested with rats that crawl everywhere inside and outside your apartment. This is the most disgusting apartment complex I’ve ever lived in once I notified management their response was “well this is Houston”. I just moved in two months ago and if I would’ve known there were rats at the property, I would’ve never moved here. If you’re thinking about moving here, I would think twice hell 100 times. They also do not clean the hallways as you can see in the pictures they’re disgusting. The apartments are nasty and unkept. Please don’t make the same mistake I did with moving here. Take your hard earned money elsewhere that cares about its residents.

Everyone at corporate is only concerned with money, not the tenants that pay their bills. Never live here. Corporate, I am uninterested in any generic response from you. This is a PUBLIC FORUM, there is no reason to attempt to “verify” this tenant. I signed multiple leases and you have scammed me every single time. This is a warning to OTHERS, not for you to publicly pretend to rectify anything.

He's no Angel!!!! he will give you -- ELL. ! Multiple Break ins, police always here, apartment won't notify you of critical safety alerts, anything to squeeze you out of fees. Sick & oppressive environment, living here is constant tension and looking over your shoulder.
