I have lived in this community for over two years, and during that time I have always been a respectful and responsible resident. I have never caused problems, and I rarely make maintenance requests, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. About three weeks ago, I submitted a maintenance request for a leak coming from my bedroom ceiling. Unfortunately, no one came to inspect or repair it despite my request. Last night, after coming home from work, I found that the leak had become much worse. Water had soaked through my ceiling and onto my bed, making it impossible to sleep there. Even more concerning, the ceiling had started to crack, and I genuinely feared that part of it could collapse. This morning, I went to the leasing office in person, and surprisingly, maintenance arrived almost immediately. While I appreciate that they finally responded, I can't help but wonder why it took an in-person complaint for the issue to be taken seriously after waiting for weeks. As a resident who has lived here for over two years and always paid rent and respected the community, I expected better communication, faster action, and at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused. My bed was soaked because a reported maintenance issue was left unresolved for weeks. I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future. Residents deserve timely maintenance, clear communication, and accountability when preventable issues become much bigger due to delayed responses.

Love the complex. Exception only the dogs allowed to poop on lawns and not collected by owners. A pickle ball court needed for tenants. The pool is a good size and the bbq pits and pool furniture are very nice and inviting. We feel safe here and call it home.

If you enjoy living like you’re in Jumanji, this is the perfect place for you. I’ve only been here for 4 months and, without exaggeration, it’s been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The cockroach infestation is constant—completely unacceptable and unhealthy for anyone, especially families with children. This is not an isolated issue; it’s an ongoing problem. On top of that, there are frequent water outages. Imagine being at home with your kids and suddenly having no water, with zero notice. No one informs you, no one explains— it just happens, and you’re left to deal with it on your own. But what’s most outrageous is the administration’s double standard: if you’re even one day late on your rent—even due to a real emergency like being in the hospital—they show no consideration and immediately apply extra charges. Yet when it comes to them, they can take weeks, even over a month, to respond to maintenance requests and act like that’s perfectly acceptable. Honestly, I regret not reading the reviews before moving here. It would have saved me from this experience.
