  I just moved out April 7th after living here for 3 years I thought it was great at first but after my 1st lease renewal my experience went downhill fast I had 2 major water leaks in my apartment #6611 in a time span of 3 months in between each other the first one happened at night and had to call the fire department to shut off the water since the emergency maintenance workers never came to help and I had 1 inch of water through my apartment the second leak happened in the early morning and almost all my personal belongings were destroyed due to the maintenance people not coming to help me until the leasing office opened I had to pay for all my new furniture with help of my renters insurance and pay for the hvac power bills for both leaks And over the span of 2 years the sprinkler blasted my window at 1am that resulted in my patio getting mud build up on the patio I’ve reported it multiple times over the two years and somehow it kept going back to blasting my window a week after being turned away Now I’m being billed outrageous amounts after moving out. Point being don’t live here it’s horrible staff is irresponsible and lazy and if a problem happens they pin everything on the tenants

  Never thought I would have to write a review. After I moved out in February this year. I emailed asking for clarification on my final bill. I have emailed on 4 separate occasions now asking for clarification on why I was being charged for certain things. No one ever got back to me so I never paid it and now I’m assuming it went to collections (which is going to be a whole other issue) Don’t waste your money or time here! They will not answer you no matter what is up. This was also an issue when I lived there Communication seems to not be a skill they have readily available.

  Nothing ever gets fixed they just clear it out of system without fixing anything

  Instead of them sending me move out statement, they just sent it to collections without notifying me first. Very unprofessional.

  Beatiful place to live, leasing office is horrible. DO NOT MOVE. They take months to do repairs, leasing office is horrible and rude specially the manager. DO NOT TRUST THEM they will tell you something one day and dont keep their word. They do not respect contracts.
