  Attention: "The Reserve at City Center North" Houston Tx. After reading all of your past and present residents reviews! I have no desire to move into any of your properties as a person of interest. I thank "Yeshua" for the people's reviews when you are from another state transitioning researching and word of month, networking is important. This helps also to acknowledge the "Pro & Cons" of any apartment properties that I may or not have an interest in. Sorry for those formal residents who experience these uncomfortable and unpleasant situations! During that time in their life. However, I pray, new residents do not experience the same problems in the future as well as now in 2026 and changes have been implemented due to new laws. Example: Repair and Remedy Reforms (Texas Property Code 92.0563) Tenants can sue in Justice Court without an attorney for repairs that affect health/safety, potentially reducing rent during the process. Fair Housing Act Enforcement: Houston Housing and Community Development protects against discrimination in rentals based on race, religion, sex, family status, or disability. Safety Repair Duty: Landlords must make a "diligent effort" to repair conditions that materially affect the physical health or safety of a tenant, provided the tenant is current on rent. Texas laws taking effect in 2025-2026, such as SB 38 and SB 1333, empower landlords to combat squatters and fraud while streamlining evictions, indirectly affecting how property managers handle unauthorized residents. Key protections for tenants include faster, often electronic, repair-and-remedy processes for health/safety violations and enhanced fair housing regulations.

  Please read..I don't live her but I visit frequently. My sister lives here and a few friends all of them have roaches (bugs). Although they do send pest control It does nothing to clear the roaches INFESTATION PROBLEM A few sprays of poison here and there will not work. They over charge for rent here it's not worth the money at all, walking through the complex there are strong scents of animal urine. The security guard is very rude and judgmental when you need help. Parking OMG good luck with that HORRIBLE. Maintenance take their time when you need something repaired and when the finally come they half ass get the job done. You dont have to listen to me but Im warning you. I once considered living here to be closer to my sister but changed my mind quickly once I started to see all of the complications they are having. So good luck. And continue on with the search for your next home.

  This year made 2 years we been staying at the Reserve. I love it here!! The only thing i hate is the DOG S***! Other then that the Apartments are great. Staff changes all the time but always smiling faces. Maintenance is fast and always working hard. if your looking for a place in the Spring Branch area The Reserve at City Center North is for you!!!
