  We recently visited the reserve at City Center North, the staff is wonderful, the apartment complex is well kept. We are hoping to make the reserve our new home.

  Nuestra experiencia en el complejo de apartamentos ha sido excelente durante 6 años que hemos vivido en él. Apartamento cómodo, ambiente seguro y familiar. Gozamos de un servicio de mantenimiento efectivo, muy trabajadores todos y respetuosos, siempre nos atienden con la mayor rapidez y amabilidad, resolviendo todos nuestros requerimientos a tiempo y de la mejor forma. También el Equipo de Oficina de la Manager Rosa y sus asistentes son muy receptivas y amables , siempre dispuestas a apoyar y ayudar , además de ser muy profesionales. Estamos muy agradecidos de corazón de formar parte de esta respetable Comunidad, muy bien ubicada y accesible a los más importantes lugares.   Attention: "The Reserve at City Center North" Houston Tx. After reading all of your past and present residents reviews! I have no desire to move into any of your properties as a person of interest. I thank "Yeshua" for the people's reviews when you are from another state transitioning researching and word of month, networking is important. This helps also to acknowledge the "Pro & Cons" of any apartment properties that I may or not have an interest in. Sorry for those formal residents who experience these uncomfortable and unpleasant situations! During that time in their life. However, I pray, new residents do not experience the same problems in the future as well as now in 2026 and changes have been implemented due to new laws. Example: Repair and Remedy Reforms (Texas Property Code 92.0563) Tenants can sue in Justice Court without an attorney for repairs that affect health/safety, potentially reducing rent during the process. Fair Housing Act Enforcement: Houston Housing and Community Development protects against discrimination in rentals based on race, religion, sex, family status, or disability. Safety Repair Duty: Landlords must make a "diligent effort" to repair conditions that materially affect the physical health or safety of a tenant, provided the tenant is current on rent. Texas laws taking effect in 2025-2026, such as SB 38 and SB 1333, empower landlords to combat squatters and fraud while streamlining evictions, indirectly affecting how property managers handle unauthorized residents. Key protections for tenants include faster, often electronic, repair-and-remedy processes for health/safety violations and enhanced fair housing regulations.
