  Love the apartments, it was up to my standards and the management was very friendly and help me with my moving transition. It’s very nice community.

  I’ve been asking for maintenance to come fix things on my check list for two weeks. Today is now Thursday and they aren’t open tomorrow. Each time I call or stop by the office it’s “ we are sending maintenance right now” and still never comes. I stated to them that I do wfh and scheduled several days for them to come so they aren’t popping up while I’m working and still nothing. At this point if things are going like this I need to go ahead and move. 1 star is to many bc they have no sense of urgency to fix ANYTHING but yet main is literally out side sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot.

  This place is unclean and will scam you, don't live here. When I moved in the carpet was super dirty. When I moved out they charged a high carpet cleaning fee even though the carpet was cleaner than when I moved in. The cited stains on the carpet in the photo they provided were there before I moved in and were shown in my pre move-in video which was ignored. The carpet did not need a special cleaning and they were unable to produce an invoice or receipt when asked, so they likely just wanted to pocket the money. They are now ignoring my emails and I have yet to receive any answers or justification after a month of emails.

  I've had so many problems here. A busted pipe, roaches of all shapes and sizes (and other bugs) even though I keep my apartment clean and have sprayed a million times, a roach infested replacement fridge brought to me, an ac that has been acting up for a couple months with no fix, loud neighbors late at night, the list goes on. I'm glad to be getting out of here... save yourself and go somewhere else.
