I’ve lived in two different units in this apartment building. The first one had mold in its vents that had me constantly coughing. I didn’t realize until it was almost time to move out. The second unit I lived in had AC issues from the first day i moved in. The AC would leak and then stop working. This happened repeatedly. 7 maintenance requests and a year later, maintenance FINALLY replaces it. 2 days before I’m moving out… The gym used to have a stair master. It broke in 2024-beginning of 2025 and they never replaced it. There’s always one or two treadmills broken. And there’s a leak in the gyms second floor every now and then. The garage had no cameras until January of this year. Thankfully they have them now. When I moved out of the first unit, management attempted to say they needed to replace the whole carpet because there were “burn marks,” thus it could be taken out of my deposit. I took a video prior to moving out, and when I mentioned this to them, I didn’t hear a peep about replacement costs afterwards. Overall, it’s a safe place to live. It’s quiet and residents are to themselves. I’d live here again for sure, but they need updated appliances. For the price you’re paying, you could definitely find more updated apartments. The microwaves themselves are like 20 years old. This building is also older if I’m not mistaken. Management is helpful and kind. I enjoyed my time here, but the constant AC issues brought this score down to a 3.

If you're considering living here, be aware that basic property maintenance appears to be an ongoing issue. The call box has been out of service for weeks, making it difficult for residents to receive guests or deliveries. On top of that, there always seems to be an issue with the gate. Today, while helping a friend move, the side gate that movers needed to access was broken as well. What should have been a straightforward move turned into an unnecessary headache because the property's access systems weren't functioning. These aren't one-time inconveniences, they're recurring problems that have seemingly gone unresolved. Residents pay too much money to deal with broken gates, non-working call boxes, and the constant uncertainty of whether they'll even be able to access the property without an issue. Management needs to prioritize fixing critical infrastructure instead of allowing these problems to drag on for weeks. I couldn't recommend living here based on this experience.

The rooms are nice enough. But what really brings it down is maintenance. The facilities such as the gym really bring it down. 3 out of 4 treadmills have been broken for months and no one has come to fix them. The bathroom stall is broken and no one has come to fix it either. There is no power generator on case of a power outage also. I’m fairly certain that the maintenance team consists of just one guy (who is rather dismissive sometimes) as I always see him when I put in a request for maintenance. Overall, definitely has potential and is a nice enough place, but my goodness. Margot, PLEASE step up your services and maintenance for the facilities that WE are paying for.
