  We have lived at The Margot on Sage for about 2 and a half years now and absolutely love it here. The management and leasing staff are outstanding! They respond quickly to any of our needs and truly want to help alleviate any problems we may have. They go above and beyond to ensure that our stay here is enjoyable. The maintenance staff here are also oustanding! They are knowledgeable and respond in a timely manner. They also follow-up frequently to make sure everything in our apartment is working. I will give a shout out to the manager, Tiffany, and maintenance guy, Fernando, as they really work to make sure we are happy here. The location works perfectly for us because it's near the Galleria and many of our favorite restaurants. It is also situated with easy access to Loop 610, US 59, and I-10 so it's easy to get where we need to go. Beyond everything said, our apartment is exactly what we were looking for with spacious rooms and a layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a study which accommodate our needs. I highly recommend that you check out The Margor on Sage.

  My husband and I have lived at what then was, the Montierra and now is the Margot on Sage for twelve years. I can't say enough good about our experience living here. Tiffany, the Office Manager, aims to please, along with her office staff. The Maintenance guys are great. We do appreciate them. Tiffany thank you for all you do to make us feel right at home.

  The Margot on Sage is a wonderful place to call home near the Galleria!I have really enjoyed living here, and this community offers a great mix of comfort, style, and convenience. The location is absolutely amazing since you can easily walk to the Galleria or take a lengthy walk toward Tanglewood for an amazing and therapeutic panorama. Inside the apartments, the layouts feel incredibly spacious with nice touches like high nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, and granite kitchen counters. The community amenities are also great, especially the fitness center and the two pools, which are perfect for relaxing. On top of that, the office staff is always kind, professional, and helpful. If you want a quiet, beautiful, and central place to live in Houston, I highly recommend making this your home!

  We’ve been here for years. The proximity to everything is fantastic. The front office is quick in getting things fixed and communicating whenever there’s a problem to residents. The grounds are always clean and security has been increased tremendously. We feel very safe and we especially are fond of the manager Tiffany. Would highly recommended to live here!

  My partner and I lived at Margot for 2 years. It would’ve been longer but we ended up moving into a house. I can’t say enough good things about this complex! We met multiple tenants that have lived at the Margot for 10+ years. That retention is really indicative of how residents are valued. Maintenance has always been prompt for us. The community is amazing with the front office hosting different fun events to bring everyone together. There’s definitely a solid mix of demographics and family styles. The gym is stocked with a good selection of equipment and a sauna which is definitely a bonus for us. Tiffany the property manager is amazing! But also every interaction I had with the staff was great! Shout out to Joey, Joseph, Kristina, and anyone else I missed. The renovated units which we stayed in are definitely worth the price we paid, especially for the location. We’ll definitely miss this place!
