  Thank you for being my home for over half a decade… everyone in the management is amazing, very helpful and super friendly, neighbors are mostly friendly and nice and lots of families live here which makes it even more homie

  Tiffany, the property manager, is amazing! The whole staff is amazing! Have lived here for a year now and can’t imagine leaving any time soon!

  Moving here was a bad decision. There are so many car thefts; my car was stolen twice in less than four months, and the office staff does nothing. They take no measures, and the security is terrible. Anyone can easily walk in. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. They don't return the deposit even if you leave everything spotless.

  The condominium is very nice, but the thieves don't let you live in peace. There are many car thefts, and the office staff do nothing; they just make excuses and don't take any measures to prevent these things from happening again. Security is terrible; anyone can easily walk in off the street. In short, nobody cares if you get robbed. It's a terrible condominium for living in peace and security. Forget about getting your deposit back, even if you leave everything brand new and clean, without any holes or anything; they won't give it back.

  Montierra is a classy and affordable community with good amenities. The management staff is professional and always does their best to support the needs of the community. It is by far the best product for the price in the Galleria area. Residents are generally quiet and professional. Highly recommended.
