  DONT MOVE HERE !! Staff omitted key information about move in specials. I called to get the promotion about the one-month free rent. Apparently since I was an "onsite transfer" the promotion didn't apply to me. During the entire process I spoke to different staff who all could have told me it doesn't apply to me. Instead reassured me multiple times I would get the special on my second month rent. I think his name was Donald who told me that the day I turned my old keys in, so he knew I was a transfer and still didn't tell me. On top of that she told me I only got the 99 admin/app fee. How is that professional or reasonable to get half a promotion and not the full thing they were advertising, then not communicate that??. There was no problem solving, no accountability, NOTHING, it's rude. Also to add these apartments have a severeeee pest issue. Roaches everywhere, stay away from apt 2117 there is roaches in the cabinets, dishwasher, bathroom, bedroom everywhere, no matter how many times pest control comes it doesn't go away. I regret staying in the same complex.

  It's so beautiful and nice with 2 pools and exercise trails. Great scenery if you have the right place.

  I’ve live here four years. I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The manager Shemika is great — always professional, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. Donald is fantastic and extremely helpful throughout the process. He goes above and beyond to help residents and makes everything easy. If you’re looking for a place and want someone who will work hard to get you approved, Donald is definitely the person to see. The property is very clean and well maintained, and everything feels modern and up to date. The gym is also a nice bonus and kept in good condition. Maintenance responds within 24 hours, which I really appreciate, and any issues are handled quickly. One of the best things is that the property is clean and pest-free — I have not had any problems with roaches. Overall, it’s been a very positive living experience and I would definitely recommend this community.

  Here, your nickle and dime in your fees. I pay 3 fees for trash. A valet trash service. Never comes on Thursday or Sunday. Pay administration trash fee, and a trash fee. Which every Sunday I can see dumpster diving from the public. Who needs the summer Olympics. We now provideva safe place homeless to hangout. They love to sleep next lake. Since no security and a broken gates. Anyone can come on in and ejoy thr lakes. Month by month, it gets more trashy in this place.
