  The pool is always closed. The gym is always closed. The trash sits in our cans for days at times waiting to be collected (a service we're FORCED to pay). Neither the entrance nor exit security gates operate. If these things in our contract aren't being provided on the basis to which you stated they would, then you need to quit charging for them. Your job is to do more than manage the payments being make and the contracts that WE sign. Provide the amenities you say we pay for or lower the rent accordingly. This place is roach infested and cheaply "renovated". Slapping paint over everything doesn't fix problems. Patio doors are falling off and apart on several units. Mine wouldn't shut, so when I asked them to fix it, they just came out and beat the door frame to death with a hammer until it shut. Hammer marks are all over the inside frame now. Wood is rotting and decaying around every unit. Neighbors are extremely loud daily and nightly and trash the place. The children especially will climb all over everyone else's patios, break things, fight, scream, holler and leave a mess on the regular. I realize where I live, but why is the price so high for this "living". I can't wait to move out. Stay far away from here. Nobody even wants to come visit because they're scared to leave their car parked here for too long.

  I am in the process of moving out. They towed my mother's car after it was registered. They cracked the window and said they are not responsible. They said they would work with me and lied. They charged me for wifi and said there was no cable but all of the friends say they had both included. The maintenance man locked the deadbolt just to change a filter. A neighbor saw men crawling through my window and kept her mouth closed. Contact me for more information. I would be happy to give you HONEST feedback.

  Poor management!!! My balcony window was shattered over a month ago! I discovered the damages when I arrived home after work around 4:30pm. I notify the front office immediately, Erika the office assistant sent over maintenance to come look at it and they put a card board box on the window!! I don’t understand how the whole day went by and maintenance didn’t see or report the damages, when I asked Jennifer (the manager) why didn’t maintenance see the window or do they do walk around to check the property, she told me they are too busy doing work orders!! I’m on the other side of the maintenance office it was very visible! I filed a police report and still nothing has been done! Jennifer also doesn’t understand why the contractors that have come can’t just fix the window, she stated that one of the contractors had the wrong measurements but he never returned with a new window so idk how that is! Fast forward to today the window has now fallen completely OFF!!! The only thing there is a piece of ply wood, it was poorly put up so I’m getting all the outside air in the apartment!!! I have tried to get in contact with the front office and no response. I have even emailed Summit property management and no response. I don’t feel safe in these apartments, I’ve expressed how I feel and NOTHING has been done. It’s become overwhelming and very stressful. I have emails, photos through this process. We live in Texas my apartment is hot with this 100 degree weather it’s unacceptable to live like this. Let’s not forget the cat infestation, trash all over the ground! It’s ghetto y’all!! I wish I could move honestly. For anyone wanting to move here DONT!

  I’ve lived here for TOO LONG let’s say that. Maybe a year and half. Nothing but problems from DAY 1 and I have been extremely patient up until this point. I would give -stars if I could. This place is the WORST apartment complex I have EVER lived in. I won’t write every single issue but the 3 main concerns that I had that were either never ever addressed or on going. 1- I had a maintenance man who came in here and was trying to get my number, making comments about my body, wanted to be my “boyfriend” made me very uncomfortable. When I spoke to the front office about it they didn’t seem to care at all wouldn’t even provide the man’s name. No follow up or anything. 2- I’ve had a hole in my son’s bedroom window ceiling that leaks water when it rains. It has gotten so bad that the floor gets SOAKED. NO ONE HAS FIXED IT. 3- now my kitchen ceiling it leaking and it has spread ALL OVER THE CEILING I have called the emergency maintenance line and since they can’t get ahold of the people up stairs there’s nothing they can do about it apparently??? Are you kidding me I’m having to deal with water constantly leaking all over my apartment because you can’t get ahold of people upstairs??? You can’t get ahold of ANYONE IN THE OFFICE only of their AI assistant so that’s real fun to deal with. If I were you do NOT pick here. I promise you it’s NOT WORTH IT. I wish the pictures would do better justice on how bad it is.
