If I could give this place a zero I would , when I tell you this place is VERY unprofessional it’s an understatement. Never have I ever went to an establishment that uses Ai as their secretaries have never calls bAck. I was looking for a place on behalf of my sister and we discovered this establishment and I went in there. Why did they give me a whole different rate than what was online? lol Like I thought it was a joke and then on top of that when you come go in there, the energy they put out is like nice nasty like they seem nice, but they’re really nasty people. The energy was just completely off. Didn’t like it. I see why they have new employees with the new one suck . If your Considering, moving here taking into consideration, it’s very hard to get in touch with a human over the phone, even with the leasing number. The people that weren’t there don’t do their job nor do they call you back until the last minute, so just imagine moving there and asking them to get stuff done. I’m thinking about reporting them
To the BBB because they are deceitful and unprofessional. If you’re thinking about moving here, I consider you do not move here at all. RUN!
This place is a joke. I would call the health inspector and the county on these apartments just off of the reviews… And I don’t even live here… I was looking at The Place…NOPE! And I’m not coming in the office to talk about it. You can’t even talk to your own residence about the rats in their flooded homes and their lack of AC! Have several seats!
I've been a resident at The Grove for quite some time, and my experience has been very disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been maintenance. Repairs have taken far longer than expected, and communication from management has often been inconsistent or nonexistent. It's frustrating to submit work orders and feel like there is no clear timeline or urgency.
I've also been disappointed with the overall management of the property. When residents raise concerns, it often feels like they aren't taken seriously. Living here has been stressful because basic issues that affect comfort and quality of life have not been addressed in a timely manner.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously and improves communication and maintenance for current and future tenants.

For one management does not care about your needs or living conditions. Management tells you what you want to hear just to get you out of there face. Any reviews with a 5 star is a lie! Lots of us are being treated horrible!!!! I am deeply disappointed with my experience here. I moved into a unit that was completely unready, despite paying upfront. The refrigerator had roaches, and the carpets smelled heavily of dog, they never got the carpet replace it cleaned! We have been living here for almost a full month with NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING in 90–103 degree Houston heat with my children. The office keeps telling me they don't know where I am on the maintenance list.On top of that, my kitchen sink is completely backed up with moldy, foul-smelling water, and my stove is broken with an F2 error code. We cannot cook or use the sink, forcing me to spend extra money on restaurants just so my family can eat. While a guest bathroom water leak was finally fixed, it took three weeks to address. The lack of urgency and neglect for basic living conditions on this property is completely unacceptable. Lots of code violations, I have reached out to management and Wendy as well, they do not care so now I'm moving forward with legal! I suggest many of you do the same as well.
Do not move here. My experience at The Grove has been extremely stressful, disappointing, and unhealthy. The living conditions have been horrible, and the lack of urgency from management has made everything worse. My AC has not been working properly, and in Texas heat that is not a small issue. It affects my sleep, comfort, health, and peace of mind. I should not have to keep reaching out just to have a livable apartment. I constant been having seizures back to back because of the heat in my unit.
Maintenance requests and communication have been very frustrating. Problems may be reported, but the actual issues do not get fixed the way they should. A work order being closed does not mean the problem is solved. Residents need real repairs, clear updates, and follow-through.
This has affected my health and quality of life. A home should feel safe, cool, clean, and peaceful. Instead, I have felt stressed, ignored, and uncomfortable in my own apartment. Rent is too expensive for residents to deal with unresolved issues and poor communication.
Please read the reviews before signing a lease here. Ask current residents about maintenance, AC, cleanliness, safety, and management. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.
