  i would like to say if i could give this apartment complex 0 stars i would. i come from LA were it’s not so glamorous either. to begin with the leasing office sucked at answering their phones and emails. we had a leak in on our restrooms and in took forever for them to come fix it, same thing with our ac. also let’s not forget the rats by the trash that like to travel by the cars at night. and if you have a FEAR of roaches i do NOT recommend moving here. my mother raised me to clean my house very well and yet bc the neighbor upstairs (build p and i know it’s them bc i have a video of her cat filled with roaches) decided to have trash everywhere we got infested. PS we get charged $6 for pest control but where were they? Hmm. everything else starts breaking down and won’t get fixed. so take it from me a person who lived there for two years. save your money and find somewhere else to live.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. My experience at this apartment complex has been absolutely horrible. The complex is filled with mice and rats that run throughout the property, and the roach problem is just as bad. It is disgusting and completely unacceptable for anyone to have to live in these conditions. On top of the pest issues, I also had a serious safety concern. One night, my car driver side ended up getting hit and that same night several other vehicles were broken into. Four police officers were dispatched, but unfortunately, there was nothing they could do at the time. When we went to the apartment office to address the situation, we were basically told that the complex was not responsible. Between the rodents, horrible roach infestation, and safety concerns, this place has been an absolute nightmare. Management should be doing much more to ensure that residents have a clean, safe, and livable environment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone unless you have absolutely no other choice. The conditions here are disgusting and, in my opinion, are serious enough that this place should be investigated for potential health and safety violations.
