  I currently live in these apartments and am counting down the days until my lease is up. The management team before the current was was very rude, and I have had little interaction with the current one, but they seem to never have an answer to any question. Don’t ever expect any maintenxe work to get done, my garage (and several others) have been broken for months. My car has been vandalized, and attempted to be broken inside of multiple times and the leasing office does not care and one lady laughed at me when I asked if she had a camera pointed in the direction of my car after a hole had been cut out of it. The only reason I knew someone had tried to break in several times is because my neighbor informed me because she is up late and heard it happening. Because of the garage not being able to be fixed (for a vague reason that changes everytime we ask) there is nowhere to park my car (guest parking is all taken up because of everyone else’s broken garage) and I have to end up walking far every time I park my car. Which, as a young woman in Houston, is just not safe when I get off late at night. Oh, also, the front gate doesn’t work and hasn’t for months so there is no safety aspect there. The actual apartment is spacious, but the appliances are old and when complained about, maintenance either doesn’t really do anything, or they replace it with an older and less functioning appliance (one time my oven locked randomly and instead of fixing it, they brought in an older oven that only has 2 working burners. No one ever fixed those either). Also, the trash service must come once a week because there are piles of trash everywhere and flooding out of the main trash can. People constantly leave mattresses, sofas, and desks there that sit for days and give you no choice but to toss your trash bag on top. I would not live here again to put it simply

  Me acabo de cambiar a estos apartamentos, hace 1 semana ,cuando me dieron la hoja para poner lo que falla , una de las cosas más importantes que puse , fue que fallaba el A/C , cuando ellos vieron ni siquiera tenía unidad de aire, después ya la pusieron y solo enfrió un día , y al siguiente día estaba igual de caliente no baja de 80f , he puesto más reportes de lo mismo , y solo vienen y dicen que es una cosa , después otra , y nunca la arreglan bien , la verdad es que estoy frustrado , lo único que quiere uno es llegar a descansar a un lugar fresco después de un día largo de trabajo , y llegar y que esté caliente y que no puedan repararlo la verdad es que molesta, Hasta el momento el servicio no me ha gustado , espero puedan repararmelo bien porque tengo un bebé de 2 años y para estar en unos apartamentos donde pagas una buena cantidad y no funciona el A/C no está bien .

  Took a tour with Tory he was awesome ! Love the attach garages and the location of the property . The grounds look great .
