Alex the maintenance guy has been awesome and William has been as well they both been really helpful with getting my issues taken care of. They have stayed on top of things, which I appreciate.

I've been here for quite some time, gone through a few changes in ownership, a property name change, and management companies and things are fairly well. These apartments are spacious and I love the private attached garage that comes with each unit which was the selling point for me. The prior management was lacking, but the current team is responsive. Maintenance has been quick to complete my service requests. Alexander Vargas has come through when I needed an issue fixed every time and has done an exceptional job! I'm happy and will most likely renew my lease when it expires.

Absolutely disgusting if u move in u will always see the trash bins over filled, I can’t recall the last time in the past year that they ever looked maintained, 95% of the time this is how it will look and with dog sized rats surrounding the trash bins especially at night time! I can only imagine how the tenants living right next door to the trash feel!

Thanks, Alex Vargas, for fixing my air conditioner so quickly; it was already getting hot. You are very helpful and always do a great job.
