  I lived here over the past five years. Unfortunately, my residency was consistently poor from beginning to end. Upon move-in, the unit was not ready, and management refused my request to inspect it beforehand. Following move-in, the apartment flooded on multiple occasions. I was subsequently moved to several different units, all of which suffered from roach infestations and rodent problems. In addition to these maintenance issues, I encountered the following concerns: - Frequent management changes and inconsistent communication. - Staff entering my apartment without prior notice. - Lack of available parking and the presence of unauthorized vehicle repairs in the parking lot. - Overflowing trash containers surrounded by discarded car parts. -People smoking weed and doing drug deals outside in broad daylight As a tenant with a family, I found the living conditions and high rental costs to be unacceptable. I am sharing this feedback to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service and facilities provided.

  It’s okay. Flooding is a big issue along some sidewalks and most A3 units since the patios are not elevated. Even the front of some of those units flood. Of course, this doesn’t apply 2nd floor units de Pests is also a big issue. Spraying outside doesn’t mean much when the bugs are already inside. The poor placement of drywall and floor trims leaves gaps for them to enter and exit. Nights are quiet and there’s a lot of parking, so that’s a plus.

  Judith Gomez is awesome. I was informed about amazing move-in deals that i felt i could be missing out on if i had not had taken advantage of it. She was very helpful on seeing through that i sealed the deal.

  This is priceless. A woman and her kids swimming in the pool while it's being shocked . Obviously mom can't read or doesn't care about her kids safety.
