  I would NOT recommend living here. THE FIRST DAY of moving in, our AC stopped cooling, and our apartment reached 86°+ with no cool air. Our toilet also stopped working, along with several other maintenance issues that still haven’t been fully resolved. Management claimed they fixed both the AC and toilet, but when we returned home, neither was actually fixed. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to convince us that it was “normal” for the AC not to maintain the thermostat temperature and that the toilet “takes time to flush.” They showed very little sympathy for my partner and me, refused to let us out of our lease, and made what should have been an exciting move-in experience incredibly stressful. We also discovered a roach problem, and after speaking with several residents, it seems we aren’t the only ones who have had negative experiences. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. DON’T DO IT!

  First i just want to say amanda was amazing! she was very open and welcoming! I was looking for a 1Bedroom etc, and she immediately made sure i found what i was looking for. If i could leave her 10 Stars i would. She left many options open for me due to other things. i would ask for amanda anywhere when looking for 1 Bedrooms.

  I lived here over the past five years. Unfortunately, my residency was consistently poor from beginning to end. Upon move-in, the unit was not ready, and management refused my request to inspect it beforehand. Following move-in, the apartment flooded on multiple occasions. I was subsequently moved to several different units, all of which suffered from roach infestations and rodent problems. In addition to these maintenance issues, I encountered the following concerns: - Frequent management changes and inconsistent communication. - Staff entering my apartment without prior notice. - Lack of available parking and the presence of unauthorized vehicle repairs in the parking lot. - Overflowing trash containers surrounded by discarded car parts. -People smoking weed and doing drug deals outside in broad daylight As a tenant with a family, I found the living conditions and high rental costs to be unacceptable. I am sharing this feedback to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of service and facilities provided.
