- NHNancy HernandezJun 24, 20261.0I currently live here and will not be renewing a lease here. First of there’s never a day you walk out into trash flying in your face. The hall way lights are hardly on and they always have trash too. The gate stays broken to the point to where the homeless are able to walk in kick off their shoes and relax in front of your door. If not, they have the liberty to take whatever is left outside on the porch. Some neighbor are so loud specially the ones that live on the floor above me. The maintenance guy is the worst! He took a whole day to “fix” a leak in the master bathroom, was going in and out the apartment and said he only did it for overtime. At the end the leak wasn’t fixed because fast forward, I am still dealing with this leak 3 months later. I’ve called text and no one is giving me any updates. So don’t waste your time in this place, it’s definitely not worth it!
- JRJas RichApr 8, 20261.0I currently live here and it’s horrible neighbors are very loud, The gate have been broken twice since I moved over here, The trash is everywhere daily, I feel they let anyone in these apartments, Along with a lot of strangers walking up and down the sidewalk and sitting on the property trash by dumpsters
- JMJalen MillsFeb 3, 20262.0Giving it a two star cause I took a tour and saw nothing but trash on the stairs and residents leaving garbage bags outside their door. Parking lot had poop near the sidewalk walking in. When we checked the inside apartments the place was ok just had too many spider webs in every direction I look. Remind you these apartments just finish building back in 2024 so pretty shocked to see they already look this dirty. Just cause it’s in a cheap neighborhood doesn’t mean treat the place bad. (PLEASE DO BETTER)
