  Apartments are nice but Staff is very cold if you come to them about ANYTHING no matter how respectful you are. If Maintenance did a better job at getting things done on time they wouldn’t have to talk to the residents about issues that really aren’t their problem. My dishwasher won’t drain (3rd time this has happened) and I’m currently on day 4 of waiting. It takes at least 3 days minimum for them to come out and do ANYTHING.

  One day while driving to the post office I saw the banners outside this place and thought of how I had once lived here over 20 years ago as a boy and how I needed to find somewhere to sleep as soon as possible being as I was homeless. Anywhere I went before hand treated me as if I was dirt regardless of my income. It was as if destiny had guided me to this place. Since I lived there as a boy the property has been maintained and a lot of it has improved. Most apartments I lived in as a boy that are still standing are in shambles. Here I was greeted respectfully and upon hearing what I was looking for the office staff did everything they could to help me live here; In particular I would like to mention Sarah who is a kind and hard working woman. The energy here is peaceful and positive and the other residents are respectful. I look forward to living here until I find my dream home.

  Sarah has a great personality that’s made me want to move forward with my leasing process even more ! She was great in helping me get approved and also making sure I got what I needed to move in ! Sarah is a great person to meet with if you want to get into these apartments ! Joseph is really quick and great with the maintenance request also ! Always make sure he gets the job done and is a great guy !

  This review is specifically for the maintenance man Joseph Valentin. I submitted a work order for lighting and the A/C in the early morning. Joseph was at my door at 11:30am. I explained my situation as he looked around. He asked where the circuit breaker box is located. He switched them off and on and same situation. He reset the outlet I the bathroom and showed me wha happened. I now have lights in all rooms and A/C. Thank you Joseph

  Maintenance team did a great job delivering and installing my new fridge and helping with other repairs. Extremely helpful and nice.
