  Honestly, this has been one of the better apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The maintenance team responds pretty quickly, the property stays clean, and the neighbors are generally respectful and quiet. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and commuting, which makes daily life easier. The office staff has also been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you want somewhere comfortable and well-kept without a lot of issues.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at Abbey at Memorial. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and in a great location with easy access to everything around Memorial. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and the maintenance team does a great job handling requests quickly. One of the things I appreciate most is how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere feels. The grounds are kept clean, the amenities are well cared for, and the overall community has a safe and relaxing vibe. It’s clear that management puts effort into making this a great place to live. Overall, I would definitely recommend Abbey at Memorial to anyone looking for a comfortable, very well managed apartment community in the area.

  This is the best apartment!! I lived for nearly 4 whole years here and their staff were good ever time. Glavez… THE BEST makes you feel very welcome… well, IT WAS VERY WELCOME!

  this was the best apartment complex i lived here for 4 years and the community is so nice and safe. when yall come please ask for Galvez she is so professional and nice and makes you feel heard and seen.
