  Do not live here the people in office especially the building manager have very bad attitudes they don't help with anything especially when things need to get fixed I have almost lived here for 2 years and had 3 roof leaks I had wiring outside of the walls and I had one of the mirror in the bathroom come off the wall and hit my dog and also broke my guest toilet down stairs and it took them over a year to get the problems fixed after me getting upset and more upset trying to talking to them I finally had enough cause they always dismiss me Everytime. If I'm not getting the help I need here especially paying for there townhomes you won't either!! Don't move here they will sell you false!!!! Leasing agents just want a check and also the water keeps getting cut off there almost 4 times out of every week so if you like sometimes waking up for work and showering some days you won't be able to keep that in mind and they will let you know later in the day instead of a advance. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Living here for the past two years has been an absolute nightmare. The office staff is rude, unhelpful, and, in my experience, seems to target certain residents instead of addressing the actual issues within the property. Within the past three weeks, they have placed stickers on two of my vehicles claiming they are inoperable and have flat tires, even though one of the vehicles had only gotten a flat tire the day before. Meanwhile, there are much bigger issues that continue to go unresolved. The apartments have ongoing leaks, roof damage, and other serious maintenance problems. We have also had the water shut off repeatedly—sometimes every other day in the same week. I have a child living here, and I constantly worry about whether these conditions are safe for my family. After two years of dealing with these problems, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the headache and **do not move here.**

  I want to give a shoutout to Gisella and Edgar, they have been extremely helpful and supportive. Gisella is a great problem solver and considerate in a situation when I needed it. She’s great! 10/10. If you look to lease ask for Gisella. I feel great living here, the maintenance team works very quickly. Great job !

  Prices fluctuate. Roaches attempt to dominate. Staff is friendly but full of bs. Deals are not set in stone. You may be charged $200 for applying. You have to handle the black mold. Raccoons at the dumpster. You will be charged cleaning fees even after you clean the apartment upon departure. You can find better elsewhere for the same amount these people claim to charge. Choose wisely. This place is not financially friendly.

  Salvador is truly awesome! He has a wonderful smile and such a great attitude. He greets everyone with a warm and welcoming personality that can instantly brighten your day, especially when you’ve had a difficult one. He is very patient, professional, and always makes people feel comfortable and valued. Salvador’s positive attitude and excellent customer service truly make a difference!
