  This complex is always shutting water off but your water bill is over $100 because you paying for the repairs. Front office manager are rude. And it'd unsafe to love her. They allow people to hit you with their uninsured car and allow them to continue to live here. Then the harrass you. I have never lived in a place that just don't care about the residents. This place is full of roaches, black mold, and air-conditioning is always full of dust.

  Even after leaving, this place stuck with me — and not in a good way. The condition of the unit, the pest concerns, and the overall experience left a lasting impression. What stood out just as much was how difficult it was to get anything taken seriously. From what I saw, issues had to be pushed and escalated repeatedly — even beyond the property and corporate level — just to get any kind of response or acknowledgment. That’s not how things should work. It’s one of those situations where you realize you wouldn’t want to deal with any of that long-term. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

  Reading the newest reviews lord I’m upset because when I lived there you guys was a great apartment complex . I wanted to move back and now idk 🤦🏾‍♀️I hate seeing you guys going down hill . You guys was good to me before I got my cdl and I plan on going local and getting another apartment

  I don’t even live here and still had a negative experience. While visiting, I had to make sure my car wouldn’t get towed and tried calling the office for help registering it. I was put on hold and then hung up on. That alone was frustrating, but it didn’t stop there. Inside the unit, I noticed pest issues right away, and the water quality didn’t seem right — it had a rusty color when first turned on. I was also there during a time when the water was completely shut off, which apparently happens often. After seeing all of this, I can confidently say I would never consider living here. There are too many problems and not enough accountability from management. Look elsewhere.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I’ve visited multiple times and the conditions are unacceptable — roaches, mold concerns, and even discolored/rusty water. On top of that, the water is shut off constantly. This is not a place anyone should be paying to live.
