  I have been a tenant since January 2020 so about 6 years now. It is a gated community. Neighbors are kind and keep to themselves. Maintenance is quick and you don’t have to call them multiple times for the same issues. ***Shout out to Marco*** I see a lot of veterans living here so feels a little safer knowing that. Like the other reviews have mentioned the rent is one thing but the water bill is outrageous. ($180 water bill average) The roaches act like they pay rent. Parking is fair. Trash is picked up regularly. No playground for the kids. Pool is clean. Communication is mostly through app or texts. I make payments l and submit maintenance requests through the app. Management has changed a few times over the years and updates and upgrades are consistent. All in all they pretty much have their stuff together.

  I had a great experience with Alondra, she was extremely helpful, professional, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, from touring the apartment to explaining the lease details. I really appreciated her patience and kindness.
