  Con apenas 11 días de mudada me robaron las llantas de mi troca y han pasado una semana y aún estoy esperando los videos de vigilancia en 7 días no creo q con tanto personal no les haya dado tiempo de revisar!!! Temo por mi seguridad y la de mi familia hay personas de seguridad pero trabajan en la tarde solo cuidando la entrada nunca los he visto Caminando la unidad

  Pros: Good rent price Cons: trash service doesn’t pick up, dumpsters always overflowing (often into parking lot spaces), incompetent maintenance that seems to be driving around staring at people all day, mud and dirt everywhere, dead grass, no fire lane parking enforcement, no-responsibility management, frequent cops, side gates to outside road are open/broken off, security doesn’t pay attention (he’ll always say “I was there 5 minutes ago, it’s all okay”, as the exit gate has indeed been crashed into, and knocked out of the rail). One exit, one entrance, which people block the entrance to exit through it, as well as enter through the exit. My biggest pet peeve, is that they’ll hound you for rent, and never pick up your call. You have to go in and wait for someone to grace you with their presence. I called 7 times in a row after finding out someone hit my car in parking lot (while at work). Each time getting either disconnected after the number menu, or before. But my coworker called right after my 7th, and he was given a quick and happy conversation to all the amenities and “let’s get you in for a tour”. When I asked why I called 7 times, and didn’t get a single answer, but my coworker didn’t even get to a second ring.. Monica had nothing to say but they couldn’t control it/and things happen. It’s your job… to control what happens here btw. Why have management, if they cannot manage to pick up a single phone call from a paid resident Not a single thing is controlled here, except for maybe pool maintenance.

  Terrible staff and record keeping. Cool and friendly to get u in. Attitude and sass once you're there. They're clearly over dealing with the residents which I can understand. I DON'T understand them handling everyone like they're beneath them somehow. But if that's how u get your kicks 🤷🏾‍♂️
