  My mom sends me around to the front office frequently because of phone calls or emails not being returned. I’m here currently right now and I’ve been here for maybe 10 mins. Two consultants have made eye contact with me and said nothing. It’s veryyyyy unprofessional to have residents in the lobby and not acknowledging them. Regardless if you have someone in your office. I’m saying that because I’ve done the job myself and I would never let anyone walk in the lobby and not at least say hello. I’m only leaving this review because this is my 4th encounter with the same interactions and it’s never the same people. I only came for the code for visitor parking by the way. A question that took at least 2 mins to answer if that. Liz was in the office, a gentleman, and a woman fyi.

  Unbelievably dedicated to her job. In fact, the most flexible, reliable and reasonable leasing agent I have ever met. Her words, her bound . She kept to her promises and moved me in within four days. A trial will convince you. Kudos Ms Morales. Her customer service was impeccable.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Liz for how amazing she was during my move. Moving can be stressful, but her patience made all the difference. She took the time to answer my questions, guided me through the process, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

  I don’t often leave Google reviews, but after going through a life-changing divorce, I felt this one was important. I want to sincerely thank Laveda for making my move-in process so smooth and stress-free during such a transitional time in my life. Her smile, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and already feels like a peaceful place to begin this new chapter.
