  Today, I accidentally dropped my keys into the dumpster while throwing away a trash bag. Thinking I could retrieve them myself, I grabbed an umbrella from my car and gave it a try—but no luck! I called the office, and Jeanette, as sweet and kind as always, listened as I explained what had happened. As I was talking with her, I turned around and saw Miguel walking up. He overheard that I needed help and immediately sprang into action. Thanks to Miguel’s quick response and willingness to help, my keys were rescued, and my day was saved! He truly went above and beyond. A huge thank you to Jeanette and Miguel for their outstanding customer service, kindness, and professionalism. 10,000,000 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You both turned a stressful situation into a reminder of what a great community this is to call home.   I lived here for one year. The community is good, the management is nice, and the two maintenance technicians are excellent. The reason for the 3-stars is the water bill. They use a shared-meter system for the entire complex. I don't know, but why do I need to pay for someone else consumption?. The bills are very high and can be overwhelming. So good luck with the water bill. Also parking can be difficult at times. Other than that, I had a good time there.

  I Had a great experience with Rebecca. They were very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions throughout the process. I Really appreciated the communication and positive attitude. Definitely recommend working with them if you’re looking for an apartment in the area. 👍
