  I Had a great experience with Rebecca. They were very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions throughout the process. I Really appreciated the communication and positive attitude. Definitely recommend working with them if you’re looking for an apartment in the area. 👍

  I toured this property today since I’m on the hunt for the perfect apartment in the Katy area. I found this place on a Tik Tok but also familiar with it due to living in the area before. The manager messaged me from Tik Tok to address my questions regarding credit requirements for applying due to a credit issue I’m in the process of fixing - she was very kind and the leasing agent Andrea was too. The community was very quiet and well kept - the apartment I looked at was stunning and spacious and upgraded and love it. This likely will be my new home if all goes well. I’ve visited other properties last year and most leasing agents either acted tired or not as friendly but Andrea was super kind and sweet.

  I lived at the Abbey at Barker Cypress for almost 2 years and it is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Best value for the price compared to other communities around the area. Friendly community and staff. Community is clean and quiet. I made some great memories in there and I miss it from time to time, sad I had to move to another state

  Just moved in a few days ago- the application/move in process was easy. I had assistance from Andrea, Rebecca & Jeanette through out the process & each were wonderful, always smiling & ready to help. Maintenance has moved quickly on work orders & the property is very well kept. Excited to see what the next year has in store at my new home!
