Offer $1,000 move in special and simply will not give it to you. They will continue to tell you itll be in tomorrow then say next week... WEEK AFTER WEEK.. still nothing.

Do NOT move here. They have serious issues with honesty, maintenance, and basic accountability.
We’ve been dealing with fire alarm issues three times every other night. It’s constant disruption, and at this point even the firefighters must be exhausted from being called repeatedly and still nothing is properly resolved.
On top of that, we went over a week without air conditioning. First, someone came in and told us the AC was fixed, that was a lie. Then we were told the replacement part wouldn’t take long to arrive, another lie. After that, the excuse changed to “one rainy day,” and then suddenly “lack of staff.” It was one excuse after another while nothing was actually being solved.
I was extremealy patiente for a week, be the lies are not helping. Not im not anymore.
During all of this, we were unable to sleep properly, and we couldn’t even eat or cook in our own home because it felt like living in hell without AC.
To make things worse, Gabe from the leasing office had the courage to tell me I should use my insurance to deal with it. Absolutely not. I pay rent expecting a livable apartment, and that includes working air conditioning. This is THEIR responsibility, not mine.
On top of that, Gabe and Ryan repeatedly lied about timelines just to buy time. There is zero accountability, only poor management and complete unprofessionalism.
I want to specifically address Gabe’s professionalism. She shows zero sense of urgency or care toward the people who pay rent in this building and seems to believe her excuses are enough for us to simply accept the situation.

Living at Tate Tanglewood has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I moved in, everything just felt elevated — the atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience of being here.
