  leasing staff not very helpful or welcoming, attempted to walk in and i understand she has appointments but kind of off putting, was interested in living here but now im not, imagine how unhelpful they would be if i had an issue while living here?

  I’m leaving this review because the management team thought it was a good idea to start towing cars with expired registration. The parking lot has over 100 extra guest parking spaces available, and parking is never an issue, yet somehow they decided towing residents’ cars for this reason was necessary. I travel frequently and rarely drive my car, which makes it difficult to meet the 100-mile requirement needed for an emissions test and registration renewal. The amount of unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and extra work this caused me is exactly why this management gets a bad review. While there are so many other major issues they could focus on, the management team picked the most ridiculous one. Note: The city cannot force apartment management to tow cars with expired registrations from private parking lots. This was their own decision.
