  I went into the office asking questions on Saturday to make sure my application wouldn’t get denied. I was told since my eviction was paid off and not show. In my credit report I was fine and due to a minor inconvenience that caused a criminal charge since it wasn’t in the major list I wouldn’t have a problem and be fine. I checked my application status and saw it was denied.

  The worst of experience I’ve had so far. I never struggle with getting a place before. I applied to the tapestry in FEBRUARY it’s May 13th now. If you have housing you’re wasting your time mind you how housing works. If your voucher is the over or the same price as the apartment pricing you can use it. They were requesting extra income when it doesn’t work like that. Granted I had money for a down payment and I had an offer letter to get the apartment. THEY STILL DIDN’T CARE or wouldn’t work with me. The people there take the sweet time. The property manager DO NOT ANSWER customers concerns “he acts like he always busy.” When I did my tour of the apartment the leasing agent told me straight “ these apartments will waste your time it’s not worth applying to here.” I should’ve listened to her instead of trying to follow the process of applying however these apartments were the closest to my son daycare. Now I have to find a different place because I wasted 4 MONTHS on waiting on these apartments!

  If I could give ZERO STARS I would! These people completely wasted my time and now me and my son dont have a place to live! I applied in early MARCH, it is now basically May, and my lease ends May 1st, which I have STRESSED to them countless times and they still keep blaming "compliance" as why my application is still pending. Their communication sucks! Nobody calls you back, I had to call every week to get a update and kept getting the same pitiful excuse. I urge you DO NOT MOVE HERE! PLEASE believe all the 1 star reviews on here. Everything is true. Apply at your own risk. I have NEVER waited this long to be approved for a apartment. Dont waste your time.

  I applied and was approved with extra conditions. I received a call from the office informing me that I was denied due to me not making enough income. I make right at the mark so I know I make enough. Daniel got on the phone and was extremely rude for no reason. He insisted on trying to tell me I was lying about my income. As I can go the extra mile to prove him wrong, I no longer want to live at this property. I am a property manager myself and would’ve never handled an applicant this way. I will be proceeding with discrimination complaint.

  Be careful! My daughter applied in February and was given a contingent approval. She put in her 60 day notice at her current apartment. After calling several times they said her application had to be sent to "compliance ". They then denied her because she made $200 over the income requirement, which in fact was false and if so, why not say that in February before she gave her 60 day notice? She tried to submit her income, again and was told ---sorry you have to re-apply! Really?? She found a nice apartment in Kingwood on short notice with no hassle, no run around. The snails pace they move at does not align when you are trying to give notice to your current residence. Also, they lost a potentially good tenant with 7 years perfect rental history.
