  Al principio a mi esposa y a mí nos preocupó los comentarios de que tardaban en el proceso , pero entiendo también que los departamentos funcionan diferente a otros y por ello deben verificar varios aspectos, sin embargo la señorita Nelda nos ayudó en todo el proceso , hasta ayudó en verificar información para tener la aplicación correcta , gracias al apoyo logramos tener nuestras llaves en 1 semana 🥳 Agradezco al personal ya que fue muy compresivo y orientador estoy feliz porque son unos departamentos bastante geniales!

  I highly recommend this community! Best value I've seen in a while. The floorplans and finishes are perfectly thought out, with phenomenal storage space in every apartment and mud rooms in the 1 bedroom. The views from a few buildings are the wood lines. So, pretty. I couldn't believe how outdoor kitchens are available! Perfect for family and close friends to enjoy a meal together close to the pool. The onsite team is so positive and thoughtful as well. I can assure you Tapestry Woodland Hills is place to call home.

  This apartment has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They say they'll get in contact with you, and guess what they dont, they dont call they dont email, we have been in the application process for 2 months now. They fired the guy we were working with and who we sent our pay stubs to without telling us. By the time we found out they fired that guy, they required new paystubs. If youre trying to move here from out of state just forget it about it, one of our group is in missouri and took 2 weeks off to come down here and get the apartment, because of that they didn't get the pay stubs for that 2 weeks, and the apartment won't understand that, we cant explain that those pay stubs dont exist because she was down here applying for the apartment. Absolute nightmare working with this complex, DO NOT COME HERE there are better options around

  I applied and and it took about 2 1/2 weeks to hear back. To be honest I was scared due to the reviews, but I will say the staff does tell you at the very beginning that it can be a long process due to some program they have. Besides that everything is good really nice place and the fitness center is very well equipped

  This place is already starting out bad, and they're new. Let's start with how they promised a young lady an apartment on the 1st floor, took her down payment, then gave her keys to a 3rd floor apartment. That's bad business, sad. Now this is it gets bad, the Tapestry apartments have a partnership with the toe truck guys, the toe truck guys have gate code, and will toe your vehicle. They don't care that you're moving in, they sit and wait, they come in squat on your car and toe it. I literally watched the toe truck guy tell this same young lady that he knew she was moving and toed her anyway, on purpose. The worst part is that management was rude, on top of not reimbursing her, her money, instead of helping her mgmt talked junk to her. Please be warned, if you have the unfortunate experience of having to live in these apartments, they are not good.
