  I have had a great experience living here so far. The apartments look exactly like the pictures—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Since the community is new, there have been a few minor things that come with a brand-new property, but that's to be expected. What has made the biggest difference is how attentive and responsive the staff has been. A special thank you to **Emely**, who went above and beyond from the very beginning. My application ran into issues and wouldn't go through, but she stayed with me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, gave me an excellent tour of the property, and continued to help until I finally received my keys. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. I'd also like to recognize **Jimmie** from the maintenance team. Every time I've had a concern in my unit, he has responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. It's reassuring to know that maintenance takes residents' concerns seriously and acts promptly. Another staff member who deserves recognition is **Jose**. There was a time when I was overwhelmed and unsure how to handle a situation, and he took the time to help me through it. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression. Overall, the staff is what truly sets this community apart. If they continue providing this level of customer service and remain attentive to residents as the property continues to grow, I genuinely believe these apartments will become the best community in the area. I'm happy to call this place home and look forward to seeing it continue to improve.

  had a great experience. I especially want to thank hector for his outstanding service. He was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything quick, smooth, and efficient, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

  I recently moved into Tapestry Orem Apartments, and I had a great experience throughout the application process. Hector was extremely helpful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The apartment community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have great amenities. I appreciate how welcoming and professional the staff has been. I highly recommend Tapestry Orem Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to live.

  I moved into this apartment community in February, and months later we still do not have access to amenities that were advertised and factored into the rent we pay. The pool has remained closed due to ongoing construction around the surrounding buildings, with no clear timeline for completion. Residents also do not have access to the office amenities because management claims there are no cameras installed. On top of that, packages are being turned away for the same reason, creating a major inconvenience for residents who rely on deliveries. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. For the past three weeks, management has repeatedly told residents that the amenities will be available “next week,” yet nothing changes. I have even submitted a formal email complaint and have received no response or follow-up. At this point, residents are paying for amenities and services that are not being provided, while management continues to offer vague promises instead of solutions. The lack of transparency, responsiveness, and urgency is disappointing. Something needs to be done to address these ongoing issues and compensate residents for the amenities we have been unable to use for months.
