  I love the apartment so far.Ive been here a month..Mr Jimmie is one of the best things to the apartment every time I call he came .Took care the problem with no issues.The only down fall is how the residents keep the trash so nasty...The front office staff is amazing also...

  It’s Houston so it’s too hot to have the air go out or not blow cool air. Tried to get him to come Sunday before I had to go to work and maintenance said he didn’t have gas. Maintenance said they were going to come first thing in the morning (7am) and he didn’t, which caused the delay on getting my air back on before I got home from work. When he came later in the day he still couldn’t fix it and had to call the AC company. I have to wait until they show up which no one was able to give me an actual eta for… but claimed that they should be coming out late night to fix it. If maintenance would’ve called them earlier that day it could have gotten fixed as the office would’ve still been open and it would’ve been fixed before I got home, on top of being able to take care of any inconveniences…. But it’s 85 degrees with it being over 100 degrees outside and now have to possibly go another night with no AC due to the office telling me they will be here tonight but not having an eta.

  I was able to get a tour of the apartment and it was wonderful and quick very straight to the point and everything looked good
