  Easy move in! Great area! Very quiet and peaceful! Kristen was so easy to work with and was great with communication! I’d recommend living here!

  I’ve had a great experience living at Sunrise at the Park. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout, they’re always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and take pride in keeping the community in excellent condition. A special thank you to Erica, the Property Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help truly set this community apart. Kristen in the leasing office is equally amazing, she’s incredibly friendly, personable, and always greets everyone with a smile, making you feel right at home. The location is another huge advantage. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to The Galleria, The Heights, and Downtown Houston, making commuting and exploring the city incredibly convenient. And having Memorial Park just minutes away is an absolute bonus. If you’re looking for a community with an outstanding team, responsive maintenance, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend Sunrise at the Park!

  If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE! There is a reason the prices are affordable and have the building is empty. I live here for 4 years and every since @AmericanCommunities purchased the place it was went to crap. The only good thing about this place is the location but at night all you hear is loud cars and motorcycles racing down memorial. so you will not get any good sleep. Here is how American Communities has treated this place: 1. The place was built in 2014 and literally nothing has been updated or renovated since. The building is filthy dirty and never cleaned (outside and inside). 2. The pool is atrocious, it was neglected so bad that the City of Houston had to shut it down to force American Communities to clean it and put back to standards but all they did was hire a few cheap people to re-glue the tiles down and clean the water. No cleaning of the pool or nothing just refilled it. The water hose still still sits in the pool everyday. The pool leaks into the parking garage so everyday you have to drive through the chlorine water and get white stuff on your tires but once again its all ignored. And if you want to lounge by the filthy pool, forget it, there are no more lounge chairs because after ten years of no replacement they are all broken. The grill area is nasty and disgusting and not cleaned. The outdoor cushions and furniture once again are over ten years old and disgusting. The outside tvs do not work. 3. The gym is very small and has mold growing in it. I reported the mold several times and the only fix was to paint over it....gym equipment is all old never been updated. 4. The dog wash station that is on their website does not work and has never worked. not sure why they still advertise that as an amenity. 5. the parking garage has never been cleaned so its disgusting and the air ventilators that run in the basement are so loud and sound like they are about to explode but once again that just goes ignored. The gates are broken often and stay broken for months. 6. The club room is old, coffee machines always broke, no reason to go in there at all as it offers literally nothing. 7. The AC units are constantly going out. and we are just told "well they are old and they break" like yea no shit. REPLACE THEM!! Instead they just get a quick fix and a few months later are broke again. 8. The apartments have not been updated since 2014 and it shows. Do not trust the pictures on the website they are from when they building first opened. The apartments are infested with roaches and the "pest control" man is imaginary. The put fake cards in your apartment saying its been treated but it has not. 9. Everyone slowly moved out of the building and they decided instead of trying to fix the issues they would just turn half the units into "Airbnbs" with new locks and new furniture...weird how they had the budget for that but nothing else. 10. Do not look at the fake five star reviews. The new front desk people are always rude and clueless. The amount of times I had to explain things to them and they still didnt understand....They are always out of office to and dont care to be there. I would be embarrassed to work here and have to give a tour of this crap hole. I still dont understand how people are choosing to live here. Upon moveout i was treated very rudely and the only email I got was "hey you owe us this and if you dont pay it we will send it to collections" That is how you are treated here. I will never live at an American Communities property every again. Worse experience I have every had. I will post all the pictures soon to back up everything I just said. So I have warned you! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
