  The most horrible customer service I do not recommend this place They write my name wrong in the lease and I just went to correct it and they give me hard time to correct just the last name Janina was rude. I walked to the office and she talked to me rude please guys, be careful when you go there

  I honestly don’t understand all the reviews praising the customer service. My experience was average at best. I drove from Dallas to tour the apartment. The first visit was fine, but when I came back the next day to submit my application and ask follow-up questions, the office was on lunch break and reopened later than the posted time. During the tour, I asked about washer and dryer measurements because that’s an important detail for move-in planning. They didn’t have the information, so I asked if they had a measuring tape to check. I was told they needed to help another person first, which was understandable, but afterward I never really got an answer and felt awkward continuing to ask. I later called and was told I would get the measurements by 6 PM Friday. I never received an update. When I followed up again the next day, a different person told me they weren’t in the office and maintenance wouldn’t be available to measure until Monday. That was frustrating because I had already been given a timeline that wasn’t followed. Another issue was communication around move-in. I had told them ahead of time that I planned to move in on the 19th and was told that would be fine. Later I was told the office would actually be closed. I understand schedules can change, but that’s something that could have been communicated earlier instead of after I already planned around it. What stood out to me wasn’t that things weren’t available immediately — I understand staff are busy. It was more the amount of follow-up required on my end. Multiple times I was told I would receive updates or information by a certain time and then heard nothing unless I reached back out myself. Nobody was rude, but the customer service wasn’t exceptional like the reviews describe. It felt more disorganized than attentive, and as someone applying and preparing to move in, I expected better communication and follow-through. Just frustrating in general.
