  I recently moved into this community, and the entire process was seamless, largely thanks to the amazing leasing office staff. From my initial online inquiry to the day I picked up my keys, Tiffany, Nicole, and Jay went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel welcome. They made the stressful process of moving incredibly smooth and painless. The customer service here is top-notch, and it’s clear the management genuinely cares about their residents. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new home!

  I have an apartment here and i would NOT recommend anyone move here. The office staff is amazing yes, (only reason I’m giving 2 stars) Pay attention to the reviews. There are SO many problems. They have hidden fees in your rent. Aka: PEST CONTROL that you have to request from the office to come out (they don’t tell you this when signing the lease) i have requested they come to my apartment multiple times with no show. They refuse to refund you on pest control service even though you are not receiving it. I have had MULTIPLE leaks in the ceiling since moving here. Mind you i have only been here for 2 months!! The A/C doesn’t go under 72. (Which i have also requested MULTIPLE TIMES for them to come fix it) the other tenants do not care about their living conditions and completely trash the outside of the complex. There’s trash and dog poop around the entire place. The roaches are outrageous even though we are charged monthly for pest control. There’s absolutely NO parking in this complex either. You basically have to park across the complex just to find a parking spot. I’m currently saving up money to break my lease. I can’t not stress enough, please do not move here if you care about your surroundings. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

  I have had a wonderful experience at Skylar Pointe. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The maintenance team is outstanding! They respond quickly to service requests, are knowledgeable, and always complete repairs efficiently. They are courteous, respectful, and make sure everything is working properly before they leave. I highly recommend Skylar Point to anyone looking for a community with exceptional customer service and a reliable maintenance team. Thank you to everyone for making this a great place to live!

  These apartments are so unprofessional and all over the place . they enter apartments whenever they want because they don’t know what’s leased and what’s not . They evict people because they assume the apartment is vacant because people work and are not available to answer the door when they knock . They never answer the phones , the guy who works in the office , no idea what his names is because he doesn’t clarify that . He repeatedly knocks on doors everyday threatening to call constables to remove your property … it’s literally harassment. I will be contacting dr Candice Matthew’s about this complex cause the office is doing a horrible job and the harassment has to stop .
