  could write it like this: I purchased a property across the street from this apartment complex, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. The rear of the complex faces my property, and the noise levels are excessive. There are frequent loud parties, disturbances late at night, and I’ve even heard gunshots in the area. I’ve contacted the office multiple times to report these concerns, but the issues continue. In addition, the back gate, which is supposed to remain secured, is often left open. There appears to be little to no security presence, and the lack of enforcement has created an environment that negatively impacts surrounding homeowners and the neighborhood as a whole. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve safety, security, and the quality of life for both residents and neighboring property owners.

  Do not live there. Poor customer service. Stealing on tenants . Do not I repeat do not bad experience. I could give -1 star I will. They don’t deserve even one star

  This place has the worst management ever. Besides having some shady people roaming around the complex at all hours of the night, the "security guard" doesn't do his job of stopping intruders and advertisers from getting in and just let's them get through the gate. If the guard isn't there outsiders just park in front of the entrance gate and wait for a resident to arrive and open it. Needless to say security is weak, with multiple break ins being reported in the past 6 months. Manger is also never in the office, I once was made to wait 2 hours for her to show up DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!
