  I have been there from 2023. Believe the low rating for this apartment. There are reasons behind it. Unreasonable and strange fees. I understand that renters insurance is required at move-in. However, even after I provided proof that I met the insurance requirement, the apartment still charged me their own “Premium Master Policy” insurance fee. Contacted them multiple times to remove the charge, but they ignored my requests and no one followed up. Poor valet service: The so-called valet trash service is extremely frustrating. They decide on their own whether your trash is too large or too heavy to collect. If they do not feel like taking it, they simply leave it there. Calling this a “valet” service is honestly insulting. My personal experience was even worse. Someone opened my tied trash bag, threw additional trash into it, and left it open. Because the bag was then considered “opened,” the valet trash service refused to collect it. The next day, I was fined because the trash was not picked up. This is crazy. Once everything is settled, will definitely file a complaint with the BBB. Future residents should be aware of these issues before signing a lease here.

  Arrived at the leasing office today to have a tour from a real person. Their hours on Saturday say they open at 10AM-5PM. No one was present at the office at 11AM, even after waiting over 20 minutes. Frankly, this is not a good first impression.

  Absolutely the worst management, and offers the least value to rent ratio. Don't move here!!!!!

  Excellent place to live. I have lived here over a year. The office staff is amazing, especially Sylvia. She handles any and everything promptly and beyond expectations. I love living here. The location and amenities are top tier.
