  I work for a short-term housing company and I personally work with over 20 properties. The team at REVL Heights tops them all, truly a 1000/10 experience. They are efficient, responsive, professional, accommodating and overall a pleasure to work with. Maintenance requests are consistently completed within 24–48 hours with no delays. The property grounds, hallways and common areas are always well-maintained and clean and it's rare for anything to remain out of order for an extended period of time. James, Ayron and Ximena are absolutely the best!

  You can't beat the location... you don't hear your neighbors -- there is excellent sound proofing. Lovely views. Very clean too.

  I do not feel safe living here and would not recommend this property. About a week ago, I was locked out of my apartment overnight due to a key fob/access system failure. There was no way to reach a live person for help. They used a poorly executed AI system that could not resolve the issue. This left me without access to my home for hours with no support from management. Thank goodness a cleaning lady was able to let me in close to 8 am. This isn’t an isolated issue. Key fobs have stopped working for multiple residents, and building systems like gates and elevators are frequently out of order. I’ve also heard ongoing concerns from neighbors about plumbing and AC issues. Even basic move-in support was difficult. Xfinity WiFi set up required six separate technician visits because the office would not assist the installation team. Management is unresponsive and does not provided any meaningful follow-up or resolution after any incident. They just hope you drop it. If you’re considering living here, I would strongly reconsider. Reliable access, safety, and responsive management should be the baseline—and that has not been my experience.

  Moved in a few months ago. Currently having to get a motel for the night because the apartment uses key fobs for apartment access and our door lock suddenly didn’t work when we arrived home around 11:30pm. We got the batteries replaced about a month or 2 ago so it’s not that. Just stopped working out of nowhere with no signs. You’d think we could call an after hours number but they changed it to an AI robot who told us to call a locksmith. Get this, every locksmith we called said they can’t do anything about the fob lock but drill through it completely! Has to be a legal problem to allow this to happen with no solutions. Don’t fall for the automated response to this email either.
