  Recently, I had to cancel a vacation because they flat out refused to give me an extra key to my apartment door so I could have a friend take care of my cat. Yes, I offered to pay for it and/or return it after my vacation. Their only solution was that a hire a random stranger that could come during office hours because, apparently, that is safer? Then, during an active police emergency in which no one was allowed to enter the property, they decided the best course of action was to send an email from a different email than they normally use so no one actually got it. It literally just said it was from “eve” so how the hell were we supposed to know?! They have texting but I opted out because they somehow think that it’s appropriate to spam us with texts about food trucks and movie nights. Poor management right up to their executive team who doesn’t care. My prayer is that they sell this property before my renewal because I do love the location and do not want to move again. I know it’s unrealistic because they haven’t taken good care of it and no one is going to want to buy it now. I genuinely cannot remain calm when communicating with them because they are unreasonable. I will say that I do like Ximena and she tries really hard despite the fact that her team is rude to her and refuses to help, even when she is ridiculously busy. And before the even respond, know that their reply about contacting the office is BS. You, literally, cannot get someone on the phone if your life depends on it. They’re okay at responding to emails but they would probably quote a policy even if you were bleeding out in front of them. No common sense or humanity.

  Tried leaving my friend’s apartment and the gate was broken. Called and reported it and they haven’t done anything after an hour. What would have happened if this had been a fire? We’d all just have to drive through the gate or burn, I guess. He has also had the key to his door just stop working and had to stay the night at my place because there’s nothing you can do until the office is open. This office team just makes excuses and acts like it’s not a big deal for people to be trapped in a building or locked out of their own apartment. They definitely care more about protecting themselves than doing the right thing. Clearly, he isn’t the only one who’s had this issue based on the reviews . ETA- Don’t let their generic responses fool you. Reaching out to management just results in more frustration IF you can actually reach anyone. You can tell the reviews are just Arron asking for them on tours because almost all of the recent reviews are just people who don’t live here yet. They let him sell them the dream and then reality hits when you move in and they don’t care at all.

  Ayron gave us a tour and wow! We were blown away not only by the property but by his attitude. The Revl Heights is gorgeous and spotless too. We didn’t end up renting here due to budget but we definitely fell in love with the property. Great job Ayron. Your attitude and enthusiasm did not go un-noticed.

  I work for a short-term housing company and I personally work with over 20 properties. The team at REVL Heights tops them all, truly a 1000/10 experience. They are efficient, responsive, professional, accommodating and overall a pleasure to work with. Maintenance requests are consistently completed within 24–48 hours with no delays. The property grounds, hallways and common areas are always well-maintained and clean and it's rare for anything to remain out of order for an extended period of time. James, Ayron and Ximena are absolutely the best!

  You can't beat the location... you don't hear your neighbors -- there is excellent sound proofing. Lovely views. Very clean too.
