- ZZZoebearz4 days ago2.0They have ridiculous patio/balcony standers. I can’t keep a bike on my own balcony that I pay for? And also the sidewalks all around the complex are insanely dirty as well as the halls into the apartments and stairwell full of trash. The pool has the siding falling off into it and could hurt people. Every grill and trashcan I’ve seen on the property is completely full, dirty and piled on top of the cans and grill, also they will let food sit in the grills for days on end without cleaning anything. I’d expect better from the place I’m paying almost 2000$ for a month.

- ASAjacia StewartJul 16, 20261.0I wish I read reviews before paying for an application. I thought I found the perfect apartment…I travelled for an in person tour and it was great, Genesis was great. Then came the fallout. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!!! I am moving from across the country and can not get anyone to answer a single phone call or email. Let’s not even talk about the third party Snappt that they use that does not accept my bank account or paystubs and when I research them it is a very common issue. So here I am back on the look for the perfect apartment from across the country now. I am sure they have a very hard time filling their apartments.
- DMDuvan MaciasJul 3, 20261.0Actualmente vivo acá pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie, muy mala administración, se le daña algo a uno en el apartamento y parece uno pidiendo limosna para que hagan los arreglos, muy sucios los andenes y pasillos y lo peor esque a la gente de la oficina no les importa nada de lo que uno como inquilino les diga. No cambian los filtros del aire acondicionado, llevo viviendo 2 años y me tocó a mí mismo cambiar el filtro del aire acondicionado.
