  I hosted an event at their community clubhouse in Sierra Vista located on Rosharon, Texas in October of 2025. The GM (Sandra Chizer) asked me to bring 2 separate cashier's checks (one for the deposit and one for the rental) she said this made it easier so that she did not have to submit the security deposit to accounting and could give it back to me faster. It is now May of 2026 and I still have not received my security deposit back. I have called the office probably over 20 times and no one has an answer for me and I do not receive call backs. I then started calling the corporate office PMG in February and have called at least 5-6 times and no one can tell me where this money is or if I will be getting it back. Every time I call, they say a supervisor will call me and I do not get any kind of call back. I do not recommend buying or renting in the community as this property management group obviously does not have a handle on their employees or finances as they cannot even locate a security deposit check.

  Pennny Prothro was our acting manager during our HOA's transition to Associa this year. There was a lot going on in our neighborhood at the time of the move to Associa and she did a great job working through our needs and the requests from the home owners.

  I’ve called the HOA several times, but Robby was by far the best person I’ve spoken with. He was extremely patient and understanding, especially since English is not my first language. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Robby also gave me helpful suggestions that were truly in my best interest, which I really appreciated. I’m very thankful I had the chance to speak with him—his professionalism and kindness made a big difference
