  I had a great experience working with Bridgette. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I was connected with the right people, answered all of my questions, and followed through to make sure everything was heading in the right direction. It’s not often you come across someone who takes the time to make you feel like your concerns actually matter, but Bridgette did exactly that.   I spoke to customer service agent Bridgette today. We had a complicated problem with an ongoing problem at my townhouse, and my account was not set up in their system to take requests. She put in the request for me, and initiated the registration of my account, all the time I could tell from her voice she had a smile on her face. That is the kind of customer service interaction we would always love to see!
