  In these times of AI you don't get to speak to humans when there's a problem, then if you do they don't know what customer service entails. Bad attitudes, lack of knowledge, don't care not Gwendolyn she went out of her way to listen and help try to resolve my issues. Can't ask for anything else so thank you Gwendolyn!!!

  Ms. Gwendolyn, you are a peach! You made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. I had been trying to pay my annual HOA dues since January after realizing my autopay had failed. I attempted to pay through TownSq several times, but kept receiving an error. I submitted a service request, waited weeks for responses, and continued receiving late fees. I was eventually referred to another representative, “K,” whom I called repeatedly over several weeks without successfully connecting. I eventually went back to the portal and told them I haven't heard back from K. The said she had tried reaching and left me a voicemail, I never received them, By May, my grandfather had passed away, and while I was grieving, I received a notice warning that my account—with a balance now in the thousands—could be sent to collections. Other major life events followed, and the matter became overwhelming. When I returned to resolve it, my neighborhood had changed management companies and my online account was inactive. After several more calls—including accidentally being given the non-emergency police number—I finally found Principal Management Group of Houston’s phone number. Ms. Gwendolyn answered when my patience was nearly gone. She listened, showed genuine empathy, validated my concerns, and used a little humor to ease the tension. By the end of our call, my anxiety had completely dissolved. After months of frustration and poor communication, simply feeling heard made an enormous difference.
