  Prime point is the best property management and Broker, Josh and Jasmine have an outstanding customer service and they make it easy and simple and of course they are professional. I highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend PrimePointe for property management. Working with Jasmine and Josh has been an excellent experience. Jasmine’s prompt responses to messages and calls are truly unmatched—she is always attentive and reliable. Josh went above and beyond to help me secure a tenant at a time when I urgently needed one before closing on my new home. His dedication and professionalism were exceptional. Even when it seemed like we had found a tenant, Josh took the extra step to thoroughly vet the applicant and discovered discrepancies in their employment information. Because of his diligence, we avoided a potentially bad situation and ultimately secured the right tenant. I would also like to mention their maintenance technician, who has been outstanding. He is compassionate, dependable, and offers fair pricing that is hard to find unless you plan to handle repairs yourself. Overall, PrimePointe delivers a high standard of service, and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable property management.
