  I had an excellent experience working with Kelli Bigby and her management team There is a process for qualifying a future tenant is detailed and extensive. In a good way!! Kelli managed the process with great tenacity and grace. Not to mention, she was ready to answer any questions that I may have. The care and diligence that it took to qualify the client is a representation of how they will care for them when they are in the home!

  Still imposed late fees right after hurricane harvey while people were out of work and dealing with destroyed homes this company has no heart.
