  I had a great time at the loteria activity on September 23rd. I met some more neighbors. And I got a chance to visit with the neighbors I knew.

  Me encanta este lugar, vivo aquí hace 6 años y no tengo quejas. El personal es muy amable y hacen actividades cada mes muy agradables para los vecinos , es un lugar muy tranquilo en general me gusta vivir aquí

  Great community with very personable staff. They really pay attention to details, my car keys were match to my apartment somehow. I really recommend those apartments for anyone that wants to be close to any major freeways while also feeling far enough from the city noise.

  When I first moved in, I really loved living here and was genuinely excited about the community. Unfortunately, over time, things have gone seriously downhill. The elevators have been out of service since May, and since I live on the third floor, it has made getting outside—especially to walk my dog—extremely difficult. The only other option is using the stairwells, which are dirty, extremely hot, and smell disgusting. They’ve also welded the gates shut in the back, so even if you wanted to take an alternate route and avoid the main path where people frequently have their dogs running around off-leash, you can’t. The pools are another issue. They reek of chlorine so badly that we can smell it just walking past, and it honestly makes me nauseous. And even if you wanted to enjoy a pool day, the pools are constantly packed with people who don’t appear to live here, making it difficult to actually enjoy the amenities we’re paying for. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with Portico West. I was so excited when I first moved in, but the longer I’ve lived here, the more disappointed I’ve become. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management or what is going on, but the quality of the community and the overall experience have definitely declined.
