  Don’t let the location fool you. The apartment loves to advertise that it’s in the heart of the Galleria and close to everything, but none of that matters when you can’t even count on having a working A/C. The air conditioning has been a constant problem, and having it go out in the middle of a Houston summer—especially in the middle of the night—is completely unacceptable. Waking up drenched in sweat because your apartment won’t stay cool is miserable. The only reason I’m able to get any sleep is because I spent my own money on a portable A/C unit and blocked off my living room to keep one small area cool. If it weren’t for that, I’d literally be sleeping in sweat. For the amount of rent residents pay, this shouldn’t be happening. A reliable A/C system isn’t a luxury in Houston—it’s a necessity. The location may be great, but basic living conditions matter a lot more than being close to shopping and restaurants. I’m fully expecting the response to this review to be the usual, “We’re sorry for your experience. Please contact our office so we can assist you.” The problem is, that’s not the issue. The issue is that this has been an ongoing problem, and those responses don’t fix the A/C or prevent it from happening again. If you’re considering moving here, don’t just look at the location.

  I wouldn't recommend them; they control the air conditioning because utilities are included, so they only turn it on when they feel like it.Dirty water keeps coming out in the laundry areas.

  I am new to Houston area and have been in dyer need of an apartment. I stopped to take a look at these last week and decided to go talk with the manager Jesus. He is absolutely amazing he took his time to help me with whole application process. I can’t wait for me and my kids to move in this week!

  It has been a really positive experience living here. All my troubles with the apartment are take care promptly, Jesus the manager is really nice,always making sure me and mom are fine in the apartment. I would recomend 100% the property is not the newest and it has challenges but the office staff makes the experience great.

  Such an amazing experience! They were such great help! It really hard to find apartments to help you with the process. They were also very welcoming
