  Be prepared to lose a lot of money. I tried to transfer lease (allowed per lease terms) they made it as hard as possible: -YOU CANNOT SIMPLY BREAK THE LEASE BY SERVING THEM A NOTICE. You are liable for rent till a new tenant is found to transfer the lease. -Initially wasted time claiming I cannot transfer lease before finally allowing once I showed them lease terms -Never listed the unit as available on website. -Turned away so many potential tenants I arranged for apartment tour. -Finally yelled at me for sending people over. -I had to pay rent for almost entire term even though I lived barely a month

  I moved into the Galleria Court Apartments a few weeks ago. Silvia and Jesus in the main office are amazing Whenever I need anything they go out of there ways to help me making sure im happy living in my apartment must say my place is amazing I strongly suggest renting here!

  In addition to brown, filthy water in one bathtub perpetually and sporadically in the other, the "brand new" dishwasher never worked a single day and Actually made almost clean dishes Slimy! The 5 pools were closed off the whole time due to not passing inspection. The AC was constantly breaking, and you have NO control over whether the AC or heater is on. The apartment complex controls it!! Even worse, after giving a whole 2 months notice of leaving and being Promised my deposit back with. 30 days, and after me leaving my apartment spotless and damage free, even dusted the fans and blinds, they said I owe $6,000, which is Insane!!! Run while you still can! God bless.

  No puedo explicar mi inconformidad con este lugar, fui residente de Plantation Apartment por 2 años, como no tenía historial de renta me cobraron de depósito lo que costaba el apartamento “más de mil dólares “ okay eso lo entendí y no tuve problema, lo primero que cuando me iba a mudar no estaba listo el apartamento para variar y luego de que muevo todas mis cosas había un olor súper fuerte en el apartamento, como a ratón y huecos en la chimenea y eses fecales de ratón, cuando fui al leasing office no me querían mover de apartamento y el mismo señor de mantenimiento me aconsejó que no me quedase ahí, pues bueno después de 3 días me cambiaron de apartamento. Ahí viví por un 2 años pero siempre había un problema, que si se llenaba de moho el techo del baño y de la habitación principal porque no tenía extractor, esto ocurrió 5 veces y su solución siempre fue pintar nunca instalarlo hasta 2 meses antes de mudarme que fue que lo hicieron. No quiero mencionar la suciedad de los pasillos o por lo menos para la parte donde vivía, recogen la basura cuando les parece y bueno siempre un problema diferente. No tiene laundry ni instalación tampoco, hay laundry en el pasillo pero donde no puedes lavar porque siempre está sucio. El aire acondicionado y el agua caliente siempre son un problema, y demoran días para resolver cualquier situación. Bueno cuando decidí irme perfecto, lo notifiqué verbalmente a los del leasing office y según el contrato debía notificar por escrito y 60 días antes, en fin terminé pagando 2700 dólares de más por eso aún cuando ya me había movido de ahí. Lo peor es que los trabajadores del leasing office me recogieron mi llave y no me mencionaron absolutamente nada. Luego de esto intento llamar para presentar la queja por escrito y el customer service pésimo pésimo jamás pude comunicarme con ninguna persona de la administración general. Mi recomendación es no mudarse para ahí, lo único bueno que tiene ese sitio es la ubicación, pero el customer service, los apartamentos y la administración pésima. Muy mala opinión tengo de este lugar. No lo recomiendo. Y no pueden decir que fui mala residente al contrario, jamás hubo problema con el pago de la renta, jamás existió problema con mis vecinos o el apartamento sucio o algo así jamás, al contrario siempre me elogiaban mi apartamento por lo limpio y organizado que estuvo. Pero Gracias a Dios ya me mudé de ahí pero no quería dejar de compartir mi experiencia pésima sobre este lugar.

  I have been a resident here for one year already, and I have to say, that after living in so many places, I love living here. Just like any other apartment complexes, it has its ups and downs, but overall, I find my apartment really comfortable, and Jesus and Silvia have been nothing short of amazing in addressing all my concerns and maintenance issues. They are always extremely resolutive and attentive. I hope to stay here for a long time, and help improve this community 😉
