- ALAnna LukertSep 9, 20261.0I’m only giving a star because zero isn’t an option! Management sucks, maintenance sucks, emergency maintenance pointless, community sucks, and amenities are laughable! First 3 months here our vehicles were broken into they did nothing for over a month. Our apt was attempted at being broke into not long after the car. Pest control never comes even though they say it’s a monthly thing but you will have bugs they won’t treat! Pool never open good joke there enjoy the view 🤣! Oh your apartment is flooding call emergency maintenance 3 times get the run around call the office because nothing was done before it opened “oh our phone never rang” but you have call logs that say otherwise and you’ve spoken with “Eddie the ai assistant 6 times in 30 mins”! Always we are changing companies for this we are making changes with this one we are experiencing issues here is what they say for everything!!!!!!!!! You want stress and no care at all move here it’s aplenty for sure here!

- MSMaybelin SánchezAug 21, 20261.0Terrible customer service and lack of organization ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with the office management at Pinewood Apartments. They only have two staff members who are clearly overwhelmed and cannot handle the workload. To make matters worse, there is no one on staff who speaks Spanish, and they get visibly annoyed when residents or applicants try to communicate with them. They also have zero control or organization when it comes to handling paperwork and official documents. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience overall.
