  I had a very disappointing experience with the apartment management. I was locked out of my apartment with my children and contacted after-hours maintenance for help. Instead of assisting us, the manager reportedly refused to allow maintenance to help because it was after hours. Being locked out with children is a safety issue, and I expected more compassion and professionalism from management. Emergencies and lockouts can happen, and tenants should not be left without support, especially families with kids. I hope management improves how they handle after-hours situations and treats residents with more care and understanding in the future.

  Park Avenue at Boulder Creek is superb. A touch of elegance, peacefulness, and a sense of comfort. Great southern hospitality from Ms. Gina who walked me through the process from start to finish assuring pure satisfaction at the highest level. Every conversation leading up to the signing has been professionally conducted with honesty, integrity, and most importantly respect. 🫡 Thanks Ma’am. The decision made will be worth the effort.

  Please don’t move in here. This place is All about money. They don’t care about their residents. I just moved in and in the middle of me moving and unpacking I placed 3 boxes outside my door for about 20 minutes just to finish gathering all the trash so I can drive it a mile away, to the front since that’s where the only dumpster we have is located. A Housekeeping lady passed by and took a picture within the few minutes I placed it outside (I am guessing she gets a bonus for reporting stuff like that). The office decided to charge me $35 for each box I had outside so a total of $105 for boxes placed outside my door for 20 minutes. No warning, no nothing. If you can please avoid moving in here, please do so. This is a horrible first week experience. I really hope I can just paid the fee to end my lease and I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If you do decide to move in here, please be aware of the Hispanic lady, wearing a blue shirt going around taking pictures to report to the office……. After Speaking to the manager and not the leasing agent, they realized I never signed any documents stating anything about trash fee. So she decided to remove the violation and the fee. But getting a violation 7 days into your lease is crazy.

  Been here 2 years and we love it here. Pretty quiet community, a lot of families which is nice. Used to live in an apartment next to a college with a crazy crowd so we can really feel the difference here. Maintenance has always been very prompt to address any issues we have and Mrs. Hunter at the front office is always lovely.
