  In December 2025, my son was planning to move from Hawaii to the Houston area. After viewing complexes online, he chose Park Avenue. When he initially called, the receptionist was disinterested, and couldn't/wouldn't answer our questions. The next day he called and Ms. Latricia answered the phone. She was kind, accommodating, and willing to assist us with the process. She answered our plethora of questions related to acquiring the apartment and it being move-in ready when he arrived on 02 January. She kept us informed and assisted us throughout the process. She came in on her day off to perform my son's move-in. She was quite humble, insisting she was only doing her job.

  Ms. Latricia Hunter has been a big help since I moved in here earlier this year. She made the initial process of everything very smoothly, as well as when I moved in too. She is very trustworthy, accommodating, and very nice.

  Such a wonderful experience! Ms. Gina made the apartment search process so easy and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She was always available whenever I needed assistance or clarification. I truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and support. I’m super happy with my new home, the community is here is wonderful!

  Resident of 3 + years. Martin Flores was the maintenance person that came to my place where I was thinking that I just did not know how to operate my thermostat and he quickly found out that it was a faulty one and replaced it for me - I sleeped very comfortable last night. Thank You Martin Flores !!!
