If you are thinking of moving here, save yourself time and headaches, don’t do it. The management team and leasing office staff sucks. Maintenance takes forever to complete orders and you have to constantly stay on top of them and leasing office in order to get things handled. Very poor communication and they do not care about their residents until it’s time to pay rent. Getting ahold of manager is always impossible. Leasing staff always say they will get back to you and never do. I have put in multiple maintenance requests in order to get things fixed because they are always somehow taken off the system as if fixed. There is always back and forth with office staff and they want to put the blame on everyone else or make excuses instead of taking accountability when there are issues with your unit. I am paying for valet trash and was never provided a trash can that I was told multiple times I’d get and I’ve lived here for 5 months already. Im always told by maintenance they will come another day to fix it and never do then I have to resubmit another ticket and be placed in line again yet they won’t reimburse you for the inconveniences and costs you’ve had to make for these issues. Every time I call the office they give me the run around just to get me off the phone. No one takes accountability, or cares and I’ve been harassed by maintenance staff when coming to fix my refrigerator I was blamed for not working. I have NEVER encountered living somewhere like this where everything and everyone is unorganized. Things don’t get resolved unless you’re blowing up leasing office’s line. I am never the type to write reviews or become frustrated with staff, I’m always very understanding but it seems no one likes to do their job and I shouldn’t have to be calling to check if people are doing what they’re being paid for. I feel I have had the worst experience here and I will not be renewing my lease here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my apartment’s air conditioning system for the past six months. Despite multiple maintenance requests, the problem remains unresolved. I have repeatedly been told that a new compressor has been ordered, yet there has been no progress or communication regarding a timeline for repair. This situation is especially concerning because I have a one-year-old child who has been experiencing allergic reactions and discomfort due to the excessive heat inside the apartment. The living conditions have become increasingly difficult and unhealthy. I have also requested to speak with the property manager on several occasions, but I have been unable to do so. There always seems to be an explanation for why she is unavailable. This lack of accessibility and communication is disappointing, particularly because the level of service and professionalism presented during the leasing process was very different from what I have experienced as a resident. Additionally, when I attempted to install my dryer, I discovered that the wall outlet was not functioning properly. When the maintenance manager came to inspect the issue, he was visibly upset, handled my appliance roughly by slamming the dryer door, and informed me that my dryer’s voltage was too high and that I needed to purchase a different dryer with a lower voltage. I found this response unprofessional and unhelpful, especially considering the issue appeared to be related to the apartment’s electrical outlet. To make matters worse, mold has begun developing in one of the rooms. Management has been made aware of this issue, yet no corrective action has been taken. I am extremely concerned about the condition of my apartment and the lack of urgency in addressing these maintenance and health-related issues. I would appreciate immediate attention to these matters and a clear plan for resolving them.

Ac unit has been out for 3 days management has not been clear about fixing this problem.I have payed rent on time and nothing is being done at the moment.I have reached out multiple times. No response. The manager and her office staff have not been clear or honest on updating me about the status of repairs. My first work order was done on June 17 and didn’t get a response untill July 6 after a certified letter was received. Almost 3 weeks untill I got an update on my ac unit.despite several emails and attempts to get an update. The maintenance came out 4-8 times and they keep saying it was fixed left a mess in my apartment it is almost 100 degrees and 3 weeks today and still not fixed. They took the ac unit they provided thinking the ac unit was fixed . They were definitely wrong.I had to buy an ac unit out of my pocket to at least have my bedroom cold.these people are very inconsiderate and do not care about your concerns and work orders this place and management need improvement on property management.my neighbor has moved out do to the fact they don’t fix things. There are lots of empty apartments around me people have been moving out.its taking them this long as to there trying to fix things on the cheap and yet 3 weeks still no ac ! I am definitely not comfortable in my home. Management is dragging to fix things correctly.this is how the staff represents the company they are working for.
