  Very helpful leasing agent (Jailyn). She gave an amazing tour and answered all the questions I had. Very quiet and clean community.

  I’d like this review to go out to Jailine. She was a wonderful attendee, and help me out so much with renting me out an apartment and I am very much pleased to have joined this community as everyone around me is so friendly, and every time I come by to ask something, every staff member greets me with a smile. She has helped me ever since I was looking towards an apartment and because of her, I found the perfect spot for myself and be at comfort.

  Was advise that a credit check would not be done when initially applying for an Apartment but once the money was taken for application fee and admin fee a email received from office stating my application was denied after running credit and was told by office I should have read the paper before signing regardless of what was told. If you do not want your money taken and given false hope and false information up front do go there. My daughter is 19yrs old single mom, trying to get her first place and was taken advantage and out of $150 that could have been used somewhere else.
