  Great almost two years,New owners a few months ago,not renewing my lease,people are moving out like flies, and conversations with other renters ask people about the place before you sign a lease, definitely check your rent before the 1st,new office people don't know much about finance you will be overcharged on something, but it will be your fault so they can keep there job without fixing the issue.Was ok not anymore good luck to future residents.

  Very disappointed with the office and maintenance service in this apartment complex. Simple issues take forever to get fixed even after reporting them to the leasing office multiple times. We constantly have to call again and again just to get a response. Recently, the restroom lamp stopped working, and management told us that we have to buy and replace it ourselves. In the past, they handled these kinds of issues without telling residents to do it themselves, so this was very frustrating and unprofessional. The management and maintenance team seriously need to improve communication and response time. Residents should not have to chase maintenance repeatedly for basic repairs.

  when I first moved to these apartments the office staff was very helpful and nice and it was a quiet complex to live in and i felt safe here. But now that there is new management in the office, I feel like every week I'm being harassed by management, there is always a notice on my door with fees that I never knew about and its already difficult being a single mother but now its even harder knowing that these people want to evict me, lock us out and change the lock 2 days after rent is late. DO NOT MOVE HERE the rent is too high for a one bedroom and they give you prices of not what you even owe. I've never had any problems in the past until now, I can even hear way more co-motion outside then the normal
