  Very disappointed with the office and maintenance service in this apartment complex. Simple issues take forever to get fixed even after reporting them to the leasing office multiple times. We constantly have to call again and again just to get a response. Recently, the restroom lamp stopped working, and management told us that we have to buy and replace it ourselves. In the past, they handled these kinds of issues without telling residents to do it themselves, so this was very frustrating and unprofessional. The management and maintenance team seriously need to improve communication and response time. Residents should not have to chase maintenance repeatedly for basic repairs.

  This is a decent area to live with many stores in short driving or walking distance. Neighbors for the most part friendly only a few bad apples. The icing on the cake should be management; the management completly ruined the "amenities". Any complaint just falls on death ears. It takes several calls for the to come fix anything and when maintenance does come it is usually done wrong. Then it takes several more calls to...back at square one...not fixed. My apartment constantly floods when it rains so imagine hurricane season. On site washerteria/laundry rooms don't work. The office even sent out notices that they would be fixed and half of them still don't work. They even have the audacity to keep them locked. When asked "Hey just wondering, will they be fixed?" The reply is "You can call the number on the machines." Speaking of notices on temporary water outages or power outages-which do happen frequently no notices are given. When called to get information too much attitude is given. Save yourself stress move somewhere else.

  I was super surprised with how fast the process was to move in. Cesia is great! Literally! She cares about her residents. Apartment was super clean with a decent size. I’ll be back on month 3 to update :)

  I've lived in these apartments for 3 years and they have gotten worse every year. 3 different managers since I've been there. Managers are not concern for the safety of the tenants considering the back gates where I live have been open for 3 months. The staff is horrible, the property is horrible.Multiple break ins and vandalism acts! Basically what I'm saying is... FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
