  I use to live here with my sister In apt 108 I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE LIKE AT ALL! the maintenance people are horrible when I had issues going on in my apt like when there was mold all they would do is paint over it I also had a leak going on when it would rain it would leak by the dining room window also the kitchen on top of the stove & the bathroom so my apartment just smelled like mold cause of that so when I tell maintenance about all that all they would do is come look at it don't do anything about it when I would call the office people about it they would say oh well we already had maintenance come look at it to fix it well obviously it's not fix if I'm calling y'all about it then the whole roaches & rats stuff I told the maintenance people about it they laughed & said that's not anything new to them that I should just buy like rat traps & roach stuff like what... anyways first of all there's always trash outside it just looks ghetto honestly these apartment managers really don't care about anything then also they rude as hell it always smelled like sewer outside also there's always like human shit coming out the pipes so I always had to watch where I would walk at these are honestly the worst apartments I ever lived at so I had to break my lease & leave out of there immediately these apartments are just horrible

  Gente por favor, si quieren moverse busquen otro lugar mejor, aquí no sirve nada, no solucionan nada, y el personal de mantenimiento, no tienen conocimiento de nada, me mudé en noviembre 2025, primer día y quebraron el vidrio de mi carro lo reporte y no hicieron nada, la gente es muy escandalosa, demasiados cucarachas, y cuando voy a la oficina la experiencia a sido vergonzosa para mí, porque de la forma que me trataron me dio pena ajena, que no han encontrado a alguien que les tire el servicio de ciudad encima.

  Por este medio estoy solicitando hablar con la encargada de MANTENIMIENTO y nunca está nunca me pasan la llamada con ella se hacen todo los inocente que no saben del problema y desde que me pase a este apartamento ustedes saben que cuando llueve se mete el agua en uno de los cuartos cosa que creo que ustedes sabía desde mucho antes tienen personal que ni saben lo que hacen solo ponen cokin me preguntan siempre si yo sé dónde pasa el agua , cosa tan estúpida porque creo que el de mantenimiento tendría que saber cuál es el problema no yo. Dicen que la seguridad es su prioridad y dan apartamento en malos estado porque este problema viene desde mucho tiempo ósea tiene que llover para saber si el problema está resuelto . No les recomiendo este lugar . Y haber si la de mantenimiento da la cara y de paso sale almorzar casualmente siempre que yo llamo o que voy a las oficinas sospechoso .

  If u guys see my review please dont come to this leasing am living here my Kitchen sink is not working it gives bad smell and all over the kitchen is dirty water I went several times to the office they didn’t fix it its five days am not using kitchen and they r promising me today tomorrow after one hour bla bla am tired of living here

  I would not recommend living here. In my experience, the property has been on going issues with mice and roaches which created an unhealthy and stressful living environment. Despite concerns being raised, the pest problems did not seem to be fully resolved The manager With blonde hair came across as rude and dismissive when concerns were brought up, which made it difficult to feel heard as a resident. I hope the property addresses these issues for current and future tenants. My mother lives here. And won't mention names as she is afraid of getting evicted.
