  I came for a tour.I absolutely loved it.Jazzman was amazing. Wonderful customer service help me through the whole process.

  Lady in the office was very persistent with me doin the application and paying the fees and even after countless asking of will I be accepted before paying she told me yes I will I just have to the pay the fee, after that a few days later I got an email saying I wasn’t accepted. It’s been a few months and they still have yet to send me my refund on my deposit or even notifying me of it. It feels like a scam!

  I moved here just over a month ago and not a single appliance was functional. The most notable of which being the AC, which they have tried and failed to fix multiple times over the month. It has been consistently over 80 degrees during the day, with it currently being 90 degrees inside as I write this. Although the staff has been polite and insistent that they are doing what they can to help, this simply does not excuse living conditions that are literally illegal in the city of Houston for over a month. Additionally, the washer and dryer were both broken, the shower was broken (can't control temperature so its always hot), the fridge has no light, the kitchen light was broken, the stove and oven were broken, and the apartment was infested with roaches. It seems that they do not check the state of empty apartments whatsoever when they lease them out. Even now, the shower is still broken, the oven and stove are still broken, and the fridge still has no light and the kitchen light is still broken on top of the AC of course being broken. I have been calling the emergency maitenance line multiple times a day (which you can only leave messages to), I have been leaving numerous maitenance requests, and yet many of the issues remain unfixed over a month after being reported. Do not move here under any circumstances, I am utterly exhausted and would not wish this upon anyone.

  These apartments are beautiful! Definitely recommend. The day I got my keys Jasmine was so busy but still took her time to take each and every client as fast as possible. I called a couple of times with questions and Tiffany always answered the phone and made sure I was taken care of.
