  These apartments are beautiful! Definitely recommend. The day I got my keys Jasmine was so busy but still took her time to take each and every client as fast as possible. I called a couple of times with questions and Tiffany always answered the phone and made sure I was taken care of.

  My unit has a roach and mice infestation despite reaching me reaching out on multiple occasions. Maintenance is rarely responsive and even when they do “fix” the problem, it’s some lazy fix that only prolongs the underlying issue.

  DON'T MOVE OVER THERE .THEY DON'T COME AND FIX WHATS BROKEN NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CALL TRASH DONT GET PICKED UP SO YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES FLEAS AND CATS LOTS OF THEM . SECURITY IS WORTHLESS .THEY STEALING CAR RIMS AND TIRES LEAVING YOU ON BRICKS THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE. THE APPLIANCES ARE UNACCEPTABLE. THE LIGHTS ARE OUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK SO IS THE WATER WITH LAST MINUTE NOTICES. IF YOU LIKE HIGH LIGHT BILLS ,BROKEN APPLIANCES,TRASH EVERYWHERE, AND YOUR CAR SITTING ON BRICKS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

  I do not recommend living here at all. I lived there for 2 years and had multiple horrible experiences. Upon my move in date, the unit I was supposed to move into had the door wide open, it smelled like cigarettes and when I opened the fridge it was full of roaches crawling everywhere. They did offer another vacant unit but this was very inconvenient as I had my movers waiting for this to get situated. The area itself is terrible and the train intersection causes lots of delays. I constantly had maintenance issues for my AC going out in the summer and the management at the time changed twice, both times they were very difficult to get ahold of unless you go in person.

  do not move here I repeat do not move here! even if it’s your last option don’t do it . They have pest problems and even when you do get pest control , they come back the roaches run your home. they have to shut off the water every month for three + hours . The lights shut off almost every other month as well and they have a gang of cats that will come up to your door and eat through your trash , and they paint over everything dirt , holes even mold. And the maintenance men ain’t about nothing they hire anybody , also the pictures you see online that’s not what you get everything’s outdated .
