  I am not even a resident here but was hoping to become one. After what I experienced, I don't think I would ever want to be one. I scheduled a tour for Mariposa at Ella Blvd for June 5, 2026 and when I arrived, there were no parking spaces so I called the office to let them know. The young lady answered, placed me on hold and then hung up. I tried several times (three times) to call back but no one answered and I was sent to voicemail all three times. I left a message and I sent them an email and never got a reply. I scheduled the tour online and even received confirmation of the tour online. I think this was very unprofessional of them to just hang up and then not answer the phone. I am a black 61 year old female. I hope they were not discriminating because I see this happen alot. The young lady did not state her name but she didn't sound like she wasof the same ethnicity as myself. This was just unacceptable behavior and I would like to make sure this does not happen to anyone else seeking a place to live. I have since escalated this to the TDHCA. This type of thing needs to stop. I am sure she would not want anyone to do this to her elderly lived ones. These people need to do better.

  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions promptly. I'm going to make another appointment. It's so great I am thinking of moving there 👍

  I have been looking for an apartment for my elderly parents and came across this property. The manager Sophia went above and beyond. I recommend these apartments.

  To whom it may concern… I have been at Mariposa for 12 years last December 2025… Sophia and Cynthia has always taken care of my needs… I have always paid my rent on time and I have no complaints..(The trash cans has always been a problem, but they have seen that the trash bins are taken care of) Some people are going to always complain, no matter what the situation is… Sophia and Cynthia has always treated me with respect, and has always made sure that things for my apartment has been taken care of.. Far as maintenance etc… I enjoyed Mariposa and looking for many more years.. They both know their job and definitely Sophia as being the manager.. her years of experience has really made a difference at Mariposa ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽.. Looking forward to the new things that’s going to be done there… To God be the glory, and have a good blessed day.. Marsha Seals Apt…3302

  For the past year, my relatives have been living in this community, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff and management. Their attentiveness and consistent communication have given me complete peace of mind, knowing my loved ones are in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Cynthia, in particular, has been wonderful. She took the time to personally show my family around the property and made sure they felt welcomed from day one. Any issue that has ever come up has been addressed promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about the team’s dedication and responsiveness. The entire staff is respectful, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents feel cared for and valued. The facility itself is always spotless, well maintained. Every visit leaves me impressed by the warmth, and attention to detail that set this place apart. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this place it has exceeded every expectation, and I am deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism that define it. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy, well run, and welcoming environment for their loved ones.
