  Absolutely horrible place! The building is not soundproof at all and the management team is just useless. I reported my neighbor for noise violation last September and asked for moving to another unit. The request fell into pure silence. I kept complaining but not a single response. Everytime the ppl at front desk says “we will report” but no more updates afterwards. Now it’s March and nothing’s changed. If you want to be sleep deprived and upset about your apartment’s management, sure, go ahead and sign your lease.

  The staff is amazing and I really like my place. From my apartment, I have an incredible view of downtown. I’m glad I chose this location. It is perfect.

  I can’t say enough great things about Morgan! She is one of the most dependable, kind-hearted, and hardworking people I know. No matter the situation, she shows up with a positive attitude and gives 100% of her effort. Morgan is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the people around her. She communicates clearly, follows through on her commitments, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.

  Your apartments are beautiful. But more importantly, when I spoke with Ms. Morgan Davis she was very thorough with her knowledge and the amenities of your property. I even referred others in this area who I knew was looking to move in the next few months to stop by and consider Life Tower as their new home. I know you may have other receptionist, but Ms. Davis went beyond answering my questions. More importantly, being a professor at Texas Southern University and finding this gem for my students is a HUGE plus!!! Thank you, Ms. Davis, for not only answering my questions in detail, but for your patience and kindness. Great experience all around!!!!
