  Bunch of bad residents. Don’t deliver here! I’ve done several deliveries here and had my deliveries marked as missing. Anoeher tip baited my delivery only to tkae the tip away. Delivery drivers beware! I won’t deliver any more to this location. Instacart reported a missing delivery to me even though I photographed the delivery. Building asks you to leave packages unattended in lobby so anything is fair game. Protect your jobs, deliverers, and avoid this building. My second delivery to this building was tip-baited only to go from a $10 tip to a $0 tip. Obviously the word is out about delivering here and I fell victim to actually delivering here. DELIVERY DRIVERS….. Don’t leave packages here. INSIST on handing off deliveries only if you choose to deliver here. Twice burned here, but not a third time with these sketchy student residents. If you don’t believe me, i can provide the Instacart communications about problems with deliveries here

  The AC is ridiculously loud. The wifi constantly goes out. Life Tower employees constantly enter your apartment, without any forewarning for various reasons, from unrequested maintenance to apartment checks. Living here is ridiculous. The employees are nice but often close the office 30 minutes to 1 hour early and open 30 minutes late so keep that in mind. The apartments are new and the environment is kept exceptionally clean. However, I would not recommend living here simply because of how loud the AC is. For student living, the AC is very distracting and makes it impossible to get anything done in your room. Additionally, the air in the apartment does not circulate. I live in a 1 bedroom and have to turn my AC down to 65, the lowest temperature allowed on the thermostat, at night just to sleep comfortably. For reference, I typically sleep with the AC on 70-72 in other living spaces. The windows have poor insulation causing you to feel as if you are outside. When it’s cold outside, the apartment is even colder and when it’s hot outside, the apartment is HOT. It makes living here miserable at times. Updated to include video of AC noise

  Dont listen to positive reviews. If you hate your life you should definitely pick this place otherwise anyone with ounce of respect for themselves should steer clear of this place. Didn’t give the voucher that they were supposed to do is one of the things. No windows that open is another thing. One of the worst mistakes of my life and I had a lot of those.

  Absolutely horrible place! The building is not soundproof at all and the management team is just useless. I reported my neighbor for noise violation last September and asked for moving to another unit. The request fell into pure silence. I kept complaining but not a single response. Everytime the ppl at front desk says “we will report” but no more updates afterwards. Now it’s March and nothing’s changed. If you want to be sleep deprived and upset about your apartment’s management, sure, go ahead and sign your lease.

  The staff is amazing and I really like my place. From my apartment, I have an incredible view of downtown. I’m glad I chose this location. It is perfect.
