I cannot recommend Lanesborough Apartments based on my recent experience.
Our central AC has been out for over a week, and the temperature inside our apartment reached 80°F. We have a 15-month-old child, and although management said they are waiting for replacement parts, they could not provide a timeline for the repair. There is also visible mold in our apartment, and I hope management will properly inspect and address it.
We have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but communication has been poor. We repeatedly had to call for updates, and our maintenance request was even marked as “completed” before the issue was resolved. I have also sent a formal email to management regarding these concerns.
After requesting a second portable AC yesterday and making multiple follow-up calls, we finally received it last night. We appreciate that this has made the apartment more livable while we continue waiting for the central AC to be fixed.
I especially want to thank the maintenance staff. They have been kind, respectful, professional. They worked hard to help us and even responded promptly when an electrical issue occurred after the second portable AC was installed last night. My frustration is not with them—they have done their best. My concern is with management’s lack of communication, urgency, and follow-through.
We've recently renewed for another 13-month lease and we're not happy with how maintenance requests are being handled. Our AC broke while we're away for the 4th of July weekend and we reported it a week later when we returned. While we appreciate the maintenance personnel providing us with a portable AC unit, unfortunately it doesn't cool the entire apartment adequately.
My wife works nights and sleeps during the day as I take care of our toddler kid and it's difficult for us to share a portable AC that barely cools a single room.
A week later, I called the leasing office to request for another portable unit and put in another maintenance request ticket (as instructed by Yuni) but never got a feedback. And oh, a couple of days before I went to the leasing office to make a followup but they said in a dismissive tone that they're still waiting on parts for the AC to be delivered. In my mind I was like "it's been almost a week!"
A little communication would have been nice but they couldn't even respond to my email if they have another portable AC to spare or not. So it angers us that the management doesn't seem understand the urgency of the situation.
So I'll put it in all caps:
WE HAVE NO AC IN THE MIDDLE OF 90+DEGREE SUMMER AND MOLD GROWTH IS DANGEROUS FOR MY KID!
We've lived here for almost 3 years now and we don't recommend this place until we see positive changes.

Diana at the leasing office is amazing! She went out of her way to help us with the move-in when our flight was delayed, she even stayed late after hours to help. My family and I are very grateful.
Today officially marks a week since I’ve moved here. It is a beautiful community. Some portions could use some pressure washing tho. The leasing team has been very great since I’ve started my process here. The unit is very spacious and gives a modern and cozy feel which is exactly what I love :). I’m excited to continue to live here and also be so close to my job. You can’t beat an 8 min drive! Thank you team at the Lanesborough!!!!

As you can see I’ve reported this issue several times … about 3-4 times I believe in total yet they claim it’s not mold. I’ve been sick off and on for over a year now. I can’t even shower with my restroom door closed out of fear. All they do is cover up the stains change the panel thing and gas light me. Most definitely will not be re signing. I’d rather go pay less and deal with this crap then pay top dollar and feel like I’m loving in the hood. You submit a request and then they take 30 days to come. My mold allergies are horrible so I know it’s mold
