  Ana has been an amazing property manager throughout my experience. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. She makes the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate her communication, kindness, and dedication. Highly recommend working with Ana!

  Initially I was quite pleased to live here as a med student with my spouse. Now, we are happy to be leaving. I do not know if there is new management, but whoever is in the leasing office has been giving us the runaround regarding packages misplaced in the parcel locker, and final move out fees. We have asked twice via text and phone to know the exact amount expected before moving out, and no one has responded which makes me think that shady business could potentially lead to us being over charged when we move. I have recommended this complex to fellow students in the past but will no longer do so. If you have no other choice and need to live here due to proximity to the med center, do so with caution and low expectations. Very, very disappointed.

  Miguel Roura replaced my AC filter on a Friday evening within 5 hours of making a phone call to the answering machine. He was very respectful and efficient

  One of my favorite places I have toured so far, Olivia was so extremely helpful and guided me around the complex, given great detail and was so helpful even on nearby areas and things to do. So far, this is a place I am really considering making home.

  I have no way to send notice to all the residents here. Hopefully people who live here can read this. I witnessed a guy stealing bikes during his action. He also walked around apartments buildings to search for packages and might also for chances to break into apartments (as I saw him stopped at one door, and I know the person in that apartment, so I asked do you live here, he said none of your business). Moms with kids please stay safe!! We saw reviews about break-in before we move in, but thought it might just not frequently. Within one month after moving in, received 2 emails from the leasing office about theft. Today when I was trying to scare the theft away, calling the leasing office, no one answering the phone, during business hour, at 3:00 pm!!! Other people heard me, also called, same thing, no one answer! Please keep us safe, the Lanesborough apartment! This is so scary! I can not imagine those little cute kids I saw everyday are potentially exposed to this kind of danger! You guys are doing great job maintaining the property, we appreciate that.
