  I had a great experience working with Keturah at the leasing office. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. It's clear she care about providing excellent customer service and making prospective residents feel welcome. I truly appreciate your patience, attention to detail, and positive attitude.

  Keturah is the best leasing agent ever! Whenever I have a problem I always go to her and she figures things out while also keeping me updated on what’s going on. She’s always polite and greets me whenever she sees me on the property! 10/10

  Was a decent apartment complex until they did this crappy deal with a tow company to enforce unnecessary parking restrictions on residents and their guests. All residents have been forced to register their car or face being towed. Then all visitors are required to park on the 5th floor of the garage and on a weekend night (like tonight) the 5th floor level of the garage is completely packed with no spaces available. There are not enough spaces on the 5th floor for every resident to even have a guest over even if they wanted to. It makes no sense to have a requirement as such without allocating proper space and putting residents in a situation where they can’t have guests or risk their guest car being towed. Management needs to do something else either expand the garage to be levels 3-4 for guest parking or at least 4-5.

  I would STRONGLY advise not living here at Lakeside. The atmosphere of the apartments has drastically decreased. 1. The upkeep of the grounds has severely gone downhill 2. Older apartment complex means more interior maintenance issues 3. Car break ins have been highly increasing 4. False sense of security with virtual vehicle registration 5. It is unsafe to roam about during the night OFFICE MANAGERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS The change in ownership has done nothing. Move here at your own risk!!!!
