  Posting on my anonymous account but I left for almost a week days on vacation and come back and the trash still looks like this actually its worse than when I left for vacation...and the pond is also about to turn a nasty brown and the gate has been broke since I've moved here 2 years ago... I don't know what's happening to these apartments but y'all need to get it together. Its sad every apartments I stay in starts to not give a crap about their appearance despite getting almost 2k from everyone that lives here.

  This review is specifically for Tamika! She was not originally the person I had been working with at Lakebridge, but once Tamika took over the process, everything became so much simpler and smoother. Moving into a new apartment is bound to come with a few hiccups, but Tamika’s dedication, efficiency, and willingness to help took so much stress off my plate and made the rest of my move much easier. She listened to my concerns, took action, and was able to provide a resolution incredibly quickly. I am beyond grateful for Tamika’s help and the level of care she showed throughout the process. Her professionalism and commitment to making sure everything was handled did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Tamika, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

  These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in in my entire life… and I’ve lived in some crazy places nothing can compare to the roaches, beetles, flys, gnats. Doors with big gaping holes that maintenance refuses to fix. I have put in multiple work orders for multiple problems that NEVER GET RESOLVED. I have called multiple times on multiple different occasions and never receive a call back, they know how to hound you for late payments on rent but don’t want to fix anything inside your unit. I am pregnant having to kill roaches and flies in my apartment everyday it’s gotten so bad I bought a bug zapper which has killed over 60gnats and they still won’t come fix the problem. My unit smells like mold, mildew, and old dogs no matter how much I clean it’s like the smell is stuck in the A/C unit I buy insents and put air freshener clips on my A/C unit to help this horrid smell IT NEVER GOES AWAY!!! It sucks here!!!! IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT you will instantly regret management are the laziest and so is maintenance. You pay $50-100 for WiFi that constantly buffers an shuts off these are the worst save yourself the headache and nausea. I’ve thrown up from the smell more than enough for us all these apartments need a serious deep clean.

  The worst apartments EVER the gates been broke for 3 years the pool has been broke 4 years it took them 2 months to give me a microwavey air conditioner has been broke for 2 weeks they go around towing cars and we have been paying for pest control the same amount of time of all these things have been broken and just now starting to get service if you one day late on your rent they want to put paperwork on your door but not that quick to fix these sorry apartments they want they money but not willing to fix anything
