  The very first time Oscar assisted me on my inquiries about the units and the facilities here at Kingswood Village while I was shopping for the apartments, I was impressed about how he explained and showed me around. He was the one who convinced me to take this place and never wanted to go elsewhere. So I asked for Oscar every time I have inquiries about this place. Oscar is just amazing and so persuasive. I love this place and I'm so thankful he was the one who catered all my inquiries and assisted me in everything I need. Oscar is the best!

  I’m 69 years old and I’m from Charlotte NC, born and raised in Houston Texas for 55years. Now I have seen many of Apartment homes but never liked Kingwood Village Apartments. Great Staff, Excellent Management Outstanding Leasing Agents and a Super Maintenance Staff. I moved in July 22, 2026 and once I open my door I couldn’t believe my eyes! Every thing was new, painted well, AC off the Chain! Especially when we really need it now. So if you or a family member and even friends or anyone is interested in getting a new home I recommend Kingwood Village Apartments “Where There’s No Place Like Being Home, Here At Kingwood Village Apartments”. And I believe in sharing Good Things When I Find Good Things also I appreciate my son (who’s been a Tenant at the Apartments for over 2years now and counting. So, Until God says otherwise “Kingwood Village Apartments “I’m Home” Amen Now that I have almost 3 months in, The Excellent Staff has not Changed. The Manager Mrs. Michelle is Outstanding! Making Sure the Landscape stays in Tip Top Shape from Front To Back. And I do mean From Front To Back! Well Dressed and her Staff follows suit with her, Just Amazing.But Talking About Maintenance!! Baby!! A1! Any and every time something goes wrong one phone call is All it takes. A1 Team. So, if you want Comfort, Peace, Security and a Excellent Price Come On Home To Kingwood Village Apartments where “They Will Always Have A Home For You” 2 THUMBS UP!
