  I’m 69 years old and I’m from Charlotte NC, born and raised in Houston Texas for 55years. Now I have seen many of Apartment homes but never liked Kingwood Village Apartments. Great Staff, Excellent Management Outstanding Leasing Agents and a Super Maintenance Staff. I moved in July 22, 2026 and once I open my door I couldn’t believe my eyes! Every thing was new, painted well, AC off the Chain! Especially with we really need it now. So if you a your family, friends or anyone are interested in getting a new home I recommend Kingwood Village Apartments “Where There’s No Place Like Being Home, Here At Kingwood Village Apartments”. And I believe in sharing Good Things When I Find Good Things also I appreciate my son (who’s been a Tenant at the Apartments for over 2years now and counting. So, Until God says otherwise “Kingwood Village Apartments “I’m Home” Amen

  Muy buenas tardes, me dirijo hacia ustedes para agradecerles por tomar en cuenta la nueva renovación de mi contrato por 2do año consecutivo gracias señorita Quita , y muchas gracias a la manager la señorita Michelle, gracias por sus servicios, por haber sido muy amables. Definitivamente en estos apartamentos me hacen sentir como en familia, se los recomiendo a todos.. 🫶🏼✨

  I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. If you’re looking for a place to live, I strongly suggest exploring other options in the area before considering this property. The rent is far too expensive for what they offer in terms of security and resident support. During my time here, I was the victim of two separate thefts from my vehicle while it was parked on the property. In those incidents, I lost work tools worth a significant amount of money, directly impacting my business and livelihood. After the first theft, I simply asked to split my rent payment into two parts for less than a week because of the unexpected expense of replacing my tools. I was not asking for free rent or special treatment just a little understanding during a difficult situation. Unfortunately, the management showed no empathy and offered no support. The lack of security is obvious. The gate is frequently left open, the security guards seem ineffective, and theft appears to be an ongoing issue for residents. In addition to the two thefts I experienced, the window of my apartment was also broken. I’ve also seen and heard of neighbors having their vehicle tires stolen while parked on the property. For the amount they charge, I expected a safer community and a management team that genuinely cares about its residents. My experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Before signing a lease here, do your research and compare other communities in the area. And please don’t respond with the usual “come by the office so we can help” or “we care about our residents” message. When I actually needed support and understanding because of something that happened on your property, I received neither. Those responses may sound good in public, but actions speak louder than words, and in my case, the support was nowhere to be found.
