  0 Stars they dont fix anything right away and when you put in work orders they continually get “misplaced”it takes multiple times before they try to get anything done. my AC was taking forever to turn on and the maintenance man kept telling me nothing was wrong with it til they switched people and he actually took the time to find the problem and fix it. My AC went out and i had just had a baby and one of the ladies in the office told me i had to wait because they were having a meeting that they would send someone at 5pm which is when the office closed, she did not care about the safety of my newborn and my apartment was 88 degrees an climbing that was a maintenance emergency and was not taking seriously until i had to call an ambulance to come check my newborn out and then they rushed to send someone to fix it when they should have done that to begin with! I moved out officially a day after my lease was up and was told i would be charged a pro-rated rent for ONE DAY but its now been 4 months an its still showing online A FULL MONTHS RENT, ive been trying to call the office to talk to Brenda and she never gets on the phone im told”shes gonna fix it right now” and its never fixed im told”shes gonna call you back” and she never calls. This is ridiculous im trying to pay what i owe but I WILL NOT PAY A FULL MONTHS RENT BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX IT IN THE SYSTEM!

  I'm a current resident of Kimberly Pointe and my AC has not worked properly since August 2023. I had to resign the lease or my kids and I was given 30 days to vacate the Apartment. I still have AC problems. And waiting on someone to fix it.

  Warning! Do not move over here. Please, listen these are some of the worst apartments to move in. I heard they enter your apartment without your consent and theres no security. The maintenance that’s from Russia is shady. And so is the management. You’ve been warned. No security and no structure. They leave me without my AC for days and weeks. The management handles certain people very harshly and rudely. The corporate will not do anything about it either. They go along with the management staff here.
