  If I could give no stars I would. Pushed back my move in day by a week then tried moving back the time day of move in knowing I had a uhaul and time limit which I explained the week prior to them pushing me back. Then they try and cancel my move in day due to apartment not being complete moments before arriving. DON’T waste your time contacting corporate because they do not care! The lack of communication is INSANE! They NEVER answer the phone and tell you to come up there only to be locked out of the office with no communication prior. They wouldn’t even give me my deposit back after making me lose out of my time and money for uhaul and having to take it back or being charged more. Then they have the nerve to ask you to move in after going through hell just to finish application process and have everything set up? This is ludicrous, but because it’s income based they could care less! Think before applying here because imagine had I moved in and had maintenance issues I would never get a call back! I dodged a bullet and I hope wasting my time was worth my deposit!

  0 Stars they dont fix anything right away and when you put in work orders they continually get “misplaced”it takes multiple times before they try to get anything done. my AC was taking forever to turn on and the maintenance man kept telling me nothing was wrong with it til they switched people and he actually took the time to find the problem and fix it. My AC went out and i had just had a baby and one of the ladies in the office told me i had to wait because they were having a meeting that they would send someone at 5pm which is when the office closed, she did not care about the safety of my newborn and my apartment was 88 degrees an climbing that was a maintenance emergency and was not taking seriously until i had to call an ambulance to come check my newborn out and then they rushed to send someone to fix it when they should have done that to begin with! I moved out officially a day after my lease was up and was told i would be charged a pro-rated rent for ONE DAY but its now been 4 months an its still showing online A FULL MONTHS RENT, ive been trying to call the office to talk to Brenda and she never gets on the phone im told”shes gonna fix it right now” and its never fixed im told”shes gonna call you back” and she never calls. This is ridiculous im trying to pay what i owe but I WILL NOT PAY A FULL MONTHS RENT BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX IT IN THE SYSTEM!

  A guy that lives there had a gun and tried to shoot my brains our i was terrified. I complained about it and management did nothing but told me to cry about it!! 20 grown men came to my apartment with ski mask threatening to kill me!! worst place ever to live. I don’t recommend.

  BEWARE TENANTS VEHICLES ARE BEING STOLEN AND BROKEN INTO. MANY TENANTS ARE TYING THE THEFTS TO THE SPARTAN SECURITY GUARDS. RESIDENTS HAVE SEEN THEM LOOKING IN THEIR CARS!!! If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Management here is a joke. I watch everyday as the apartment manager calls the police on other residents for no reason. Im not sure whats going on here but DO NOT MOVE HERE to be in the middle of it. If you exercise your rights here the property manager Teresa will get you put out. Spartan security and the assistant property managers will lie for her! They discriminate against tenants for the color of their skin and sexuality.
