  I called Kandice after seeing her number on an open house sign, and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive. No call, text, or email ever went unanswered. She was always prompt, professional, and happy to accommodate our requests when it came to showing us homes, no matter how last minute. During the option period, we ran into a slight issue with the seller, but Kandice stood by us, advocated for us, and helped resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Her negotiation skills are outstanding. She was able to secure more in repair credits than we initially hoped for. Kandice also handled several misunderstandings with our out-of-state lender, who wasn’t familiar with Texas real estate laws, and she did so with calm and confidence. She also recommended people along the way who never disappointed, from inspection professionals to electricity service providers, and even a home insurance broker who gave me an amazing deal. I personally compared it with at least four other insurance companies, and none of them could match the offer from her recommended broker. On top of all that, Kandice is a genuinely passionate and kind person. I didn’t just gain a great real estate agent. I gained a new friend. I highly recommend working with her.

  We met a lot of people on the journey to purchase our first home, and Kandice certainly is the best person we met. We’re so glad she was there with us and helped us purchase our home. Kandice held our hands all through the process, being first time homeowners with a lot of learning to do about homes/buying. She always came prepared to meetings, and would share notes and comments whenever it was needed for us. She shared recommendations for inspections and other things that saved some issues before closing, and even went to bat for us when we had some issues with the builders before we could close. I’ve since recommended her to my other friends and family who want to buy homes, and will continue to do so.

  Kandice Fogle was angel sent from heaven to help with the purchase of my new home. Her reservoir of knowledge is beyond remarkable. She guided me in every step of the way to the end. Kandice will go above and beyond to fight for you making sure you get what you deserve. Just know you're in good hands when she's working with you. She's also a very patient person. Nothing is a bother to her. I have already recommended her to all my family and friends.
